Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Friday, December 7, 2001, at the Horne Funeral Chapel conducted by Rev. Neal Turner, Rev. Wayne Parsons and Rev. Judy Reimer. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. David (Texie) Doolittle, Elkhart, Ind; three grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Hartzler-Gutermuth-Inman Funeral Home with the Rev. Gene Hollingsworth of Grace Lutheran Church officiating. The body has been cremated. Burial will be at a later date at Sunset Cemetery in Christiansburg, Va. In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that memorial donations be made to Greencroft Center in Goshen, Ind. or the First United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 637, Rockingham, N.C. 28380. on January 27, 1998.4
