Survivors include her children, Ronald (Nancy) Thomas of Crystal Lake, Carol (Charles) Dickerson of McHenry, Charles (Elaine) Thomas of Hanover Park, Linda (the late Donald) Vance of Chicago, Patricia Thomas of Villa Park, James (Patty) Thomas of Chicago and Donald (Donna) Thomas of McHenry; 22 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Roy B. (Ann) King and Harold (Barbara) King; a sister, Mageline (Harold) Adams; and two brothers-in-law, Harold Dobbins and Homer Thomas. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, James R. Thomas in 1975; and three sisters, Betty Dobbins, Dolores (the late Othel) Sharp and Peggy Thomas. The visitation will be from 4 p.m. until the funeral at 8 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 6, at Justen Funeral Home & Crematory, 3700 W. Charles J. Miller Road, McHenry.
