She was part owner of Webbs Tree Service in Manchester. Surviving also are two sons, Eric Webb and Steven Webb, both of Manchester; a sister, Bonnie Elwood of Dundalk; three brothers, Darrel Charles and Robert Williams, both of Baltimore, and Randall Emerick of Ohio; four grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her brother, Butch Charles. Burial will be in Evergreen Memorial Gardens. on February 29, 2000.3
