     Edward Z. "Ted" Voss Edward Z. "Ted" Voss, 45, of Wallingford, loving husband of Michele (Agee) Voss, passed away Monday, February 12, 2018 at Smilow Cancer Hospital after a battle with kidney cancer. He was known to friends and family as Teddy or Ted and his greatest achievement, his son Gavin Voss, simply called him dad. When not watching sports, Ted could be found traveling, cheering on his son at swim meets, or spending time with his family. Ted lived life with humor and was often the life of the party if you could convince him to go out. Born in Plattsburgh, New York on June 30, 1972, Ted was the son of William Voss of Washington and Karen (Melhorn) Voss of Maryland. He was employed at Yale University in New Haven as a Biotechnology Associate. In addition to his wife and son, Ted is survived by his sister Julie Spokus and husband John of Maryland; his father-in-law and mother-in-law Larry and Debbie Agee of Virginia; brother-in-law Greg Agee of Virginia; step-mother Renee Marth of Washington; several aunts; uncles; and cousins.2 He married Michele Agee, daughter of Larry Nathan Agee and Deborah "Debbie" Jenkins.1,2 Edward Z. "Ted" Voss was born on June 30, 1972 at Plattsburgh, Clinton Co., New York.2 He died on February 12, 2018 at New Haven, New Haven Co., Connecticut, at age 45.2

Miller, Sr. and Lois Elizabeth (Kistler) Miller Shank. On April 10, 1948 he married May Girton Welsh, she survives. He was a 1939 Royal Center High School graduate. Clifford was a WWII Army Air Veteran who was stationed in India from 1941 to 1945 as an airplane mechanic. He was employed at Logan Machine for 45 years as a machinist and retired in 1985. He was a member of Baptist Christian Church in Royal Center where he served as an Elder for 50 years. Clifford was also a 50 year member of the Royal Center Masonic Lodge #585 and he loved spending time with his family. Survivors include his wife, May Miller of Royal Center, daughters, Elaine Funk and husband Conrad of Royal Center, Julie Gunn and husband John of Greenwood and Lori Sylvester and husband Dan of Walton, grandchildren, Jeff Funk and wife Kathy of Royal Center, Ryan Funk and wife Holly of Royal Center, Eric Sylvester and wife Lena of Logansport, Alyson Tucker and husband Brian of Rochester and Brian Gunn of Greenwood and great grandchildren, Bryce Funk, Jacob Funk, Kaylee Funk, Erica Sylvester, Kaidan Sylvester, Leah Sylvester, Johnathan Tucker, Wesley Tucker, Orian Tucker and Lexi Baker.      Aminda May Girton A. May Miller, 97, of Royal Center, passed away at 3:02 a.m. Friday, Nov. 19, 2021, at Miller's Merry Manor in Logansport. Born on June 12, 1924, in Winamac, she was the daughter of the late Galen and Sylvia (Baker) Girton. She was a 1942 Winamac High School graduate. In March of 1944, she married Melvin Leroy Welsh. He died in the Battle of Iwo Jima in February of 1945. May graduated from The Approved Beauty College of Indianapolis in 1946. She owned and operated the Mary May Beauty Shop in Winamac with her lifelong friend, Mary Haschel, from 1947 to 1950. She later married Clifford E. Miller, of Royal Center, in April of 1948. They were married for 65 years until his death in May of 2013. May also worked in the Pioneer Elementary cafeteria from 1963 to 1980. She also worked for several years for Seidel's Catering in Star City. She was a member of the Baptist Christian Church and taught Sunday school for years. May also served as a deaconess and financial secretary, and she organized many funeral dinners for grieving families. She enjoyed sewing clothes for her daughters and grandchildren and spending time with her family. Survivors include her daughters, Elaine Funk, of Royal Center, Julie Gunn (John), of Greenwood, and Lori Sylvester (Dan), of Walton; grandchildren, Jeffrey Funk (Kathy), of Royal Center, Ryan Funk (Holly), of Royal Center, Eric Sylvester (Lena), of Logansport, Alyson Tucker (Brian), of Argos, and Brian Gunn, of Greenwood; great-grandchildren, Bryce Funk, Jacob Funk, Kaylee Funk, Erica Sylvester, Kaidan Sylvester, Leah Sylvester, Johnathan Tucker, Wesley Tucker, Orian Tucker, Kyrin Tucker, Josiah Tucker and Lexi Baker; and brother, Gene Girton, of Colorado. She was also preceded in death by brothers Francis Girton, John Girton, Arwine Girton, Guy Girton, Frank Girton, Don Girton and Clarence Girton; and son-in-law, Conrad Funk.      Conrad Dee Funk was buried at Kistler Cemetery, Royal Center, Cass Co., Indiana.3 He was born on August 7, 1948 at Winamac, Pulaski Co., Indiana.3 He married Jennifer Elaine Miller, daughter of Clifford Edward Miller Jr. and Aminda May Girton, on June 24, 1969 at Royal Center, Cass Co., Indiana.1,2 Conrad Dee Funk died on November 29, 2019 at Cass Co., Indiana, at age 71.3 He Conrad D. Funk, 71, of Royal Center passed away at 4:20 p.m., Friday, November 29, 2019 surrounded by his family. Born on August 7, 1948 in Winamac, he was the son of the late Merlin and Mary Alice (Mansfield) Funk. He was a 1966 Pioneer High School graduate and a U.S. Army veteran. On June 21, 1969 he married J. Elaine Miller, she survives. Conrad was a shop foreman for the Cass County Highway Department retiring in 2011. He was a member of Baptist Christian Church where he served as elder, deacon and trustee. Conrad was also a member of Indiana Farm Bureau and the Cass County Indiana Farm Bureau District Board. He enjoyed tractor pulling, International tractors, and spending time with his family. Conrad was Past President of the Royal Center Town Board, a member of Royal Center Lions Club, Jaycees and a life member of the American Legion. Survivors include his wife, Elaine Funk of Royal Center, sons, Jeff Funk and wife Kathy of Royal Center and Ryan Funk and wife Holly of Royal Center, brother, Robert "Bob" Funk and wife Deb of Royal Center and Garry Funk of Florida, sisters, Deena Hubler and husband Bob of Jasper and Michele Corey and husband David of Fishers and grandchildren, Bryce, Jacob, Kaylee, and Lexi. Burial with military rites will be performed at Kistler Cemetery, Royal Center. on December 2, 2019.3
