He is survived by his wife, Patricia Gowen Little; two sons and their wives, Jerry Norman, Jr. and Bonnie Little, of Suwanee and Jerry Dale and Rose Little of Beaverdam, VA; a daughter, Cheryle Wolfenbarger; a brother, Larry Beckett Little of Jacksonville, FL; a sister, Gall Lillie Lamb of Tybee Island; granddaughters, Stephanie and Kelly Wolfenberger and Michele and Melissa Little of Suwanee; two grandsons, Jacob and Charlie Little of Beaverdam, VA; four nieces and nephews.      Mark Jonathan Mancini was born on May 16, 1948 at Denver, Colorado.^2,1 He married Cynthia Marie Gowen, daughter of James Raymond Gowen Sr. and Eleanor Patricia Smith, on November 9, 1974 at Henrico Co., Virginia.¹ Mark Jonathan Mancini and Cynthia Marie Gowen were divorced on September 13, 1984 at Henrico Co., Virginia.² Mark Jonathan Mancini died on August 7, 2000 at Richmond, Virginia, at age 52.³ He Mark J. Mancini, 52, of Richmond, died August 7, 2000, after a long illness. He is survived by five children, Mark II, Nicole, Phillip and Paul Mancini, Kathleen Thompson; four grandchildren; his mother, Alice Horsey; stepfather, Jack Horsey; father, Nick Mancini; two brothers, Dan and Dave Mancini. on August 10, 2000.⁴

     Arthur Clinton Thurston Jr. was born on January 17, 1946 at Richmond, Virginia.^1,2,3 He married Cynthia Marie Gowen, daughter of James Raymond Gowen Sr. and Eleanor Patricia Smith, on October 31, 1984 at Henrico Co., Virginia.¹ Arthur Clinton Thurston Jr. and Cynthia Marie Gowen were divorced on May 2, 1994 at Henrico Co., Virginia.³ Arthur Clinton Thurston Jr. died on March 20, 2013 at Richmond, Virginia, at age 67.⁴ He THURSTON, Arthur C. Jr., of Richmond, passed away peacefully at his home on March 20, 2016, at the age of 70. He retired from Henrico County Public Schools (Byrd Middle). He was presently employed at West End Presbyterian Church. He is survived by his son, Ryan Thurston (Dannielle); his grandson, Aiden Thurston; his mother, Margaret Thurston; his sister, Linda Garrett (Charles); his niece, Tracey Glascock (Donald and children); and Cindy Moore (David and children). Arthur is remembered by his family and friends as a very caring and dedicated man. He touched so many lives with his smile and sense of humor. on March 27, 2016.⁴

     Diane Frances Cecchini was born on May 19, 1956 at Richmond, Virginia.^1,2,3 As of March 26, 1982,her married name was Gowen.¹ She married James Raymond Gowen Jr., son of James Raymond Gowen Sr. and Eleanor Patricia Smith, on March 26, 1982 at Henrico Co., Virginia.¹ Diane Frances Cecchini died on February 27, 2015 at Franklin, Johnson Co., Indiana, at age 58.^2,4 She Diane C. (Cecchini) Nichols, 58, of Franklin, died Friday, February 27, 2015. Survivors include her parents, Peter J. Cecchini and Joyce A. (Burruss) Demarco; sons, Christopher and Brandon Gowen; brother Chuck (Lori) Cecchini; sisters, Carol (Patrick) Lamey, Bridgette Wells, Terry (Barry) Compton; and four grandchildren. on March 2, 2015.⁴

     Rita Sue Scott was born on January 26, 1951 at Washington Court House, Fayette Co., Ohio.^3,2 As of June 30, 1973,her married name was Gowen.¹ She married James Raymond Gowen Sr., son of Howard Raymond Gowen and Sadie Beatrice Fitzgerald, on June 30, 1973 at Orange Co., Florida.¹ Rita Sue Scott and James Raymond Gowen Sr. were divorced on July 6, 1983 at Henrico Co., Virginia.³ Rita Sue Scott died on October 18, 2020 at Henrico, Mecklenburg Co., Virginia, at age 69.² She SCOTT, Rita, born January 26, 1951 in Washington Courthouse, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, October 18, 2020, in Henrico, Va. She is survived by her daughters, Melissa Fazli (Naveed) and Jaime Mennechey (Jorge); grandchildren, Arman, Rizvan and Shayan Fazli and Ann Marie Mennechey. Our mother is finally released from her pain and suffering after battling sepsis and being confined to a wheelchair for 30 years. She dedicated her life to helping her family, friends and the homeless. Rita is now running barefoot on the beach with her faithful dog, Foxie Lady. on October 25, 2020.²
