     Melinda Dawn Ellis Melinda “Mindy” Dawn Ellis Montgomery, 34, of Crown City, Ohio went to be with her Lord after an extended illness, Thursday July 22, 2004 at home. Burial will follow in Swann Creek Cemetery Crown City, Ohio. She was born December 11, 1969 in Cabell County, WV to Ronald and Bernice Ellis of Gallipolis, Ohio. She was employed at Special Care Dry Cleaning. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband Lyndon Montgomery; son Ronald Montgomery; stepson Lyndon Montgomery Jr; step daughters Melissa Ann Montgomery and Gail Lyn Montgomery all of Crown City, Ohio; mother-in-law Virginia “Katie” Montgomery of Crown City, Ohio; fours brothers Joey, Randy, and Johnny Ellis all of Crown City, and Greg Poff of Chesapeake, Ohio; one sister Wendy Green of Crown City; and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, brother-in-laws, and sister-in-laws.⁴ She was buried at Swann Creek Cemetery, Crown City, Gallia Co., Ohio.⁴ She was born on December 11, 1969 at Cabell Co., West Virginia.⁴ As of June 30, 2004,her married name was Montgomery.² She married Lyndon Monroe Montgomery Sr. on June 30, 2004 at Gallia Co., Ohio.^2,4 Melinda Dawn Ellis died on July 22, 2004 at Crown City, Gallia Co., Ohio, at age 34.⁴
