Frank Aubrey Hubbard Sr. Frank A. Hubbard, 84, of Vinton, passed away Tuesday, January 22, 2019. He was born on November 3, 1934 in Bedford County to Hallie and Otha Hubbard. He was predeceased by his parents, brother, Wallace Hubbard, and sister, Ruth Melton. Surviving family includes his loving wife of 63 years, Sadie Gray Hubbard; daughter, Sherrie H. Bushnell (Gary); son, Frank A. Hubbard, Jr. (Pam); brothers, Jack and Everett Hubbard (Marie); sisters, Bernice Campbell and Frances Fisher; brothers-in-law, Howard Melton and Tommy Gray (Betty); sisters-in-law, Frances Parris and Helen Rynd; granddaughter, Lauren B. Hatcher (Travis); step-granddaughter, Stephanie B. Lane (Scott); grandsons, Brian, Brent, Brad, and Bobby Hubbard; great-grandson, Kaden Hatcher, and many nieces and nephews. Frank was a heavy equipment mechanic. He began his career at Carter Machinery. After leaving Carter he went into business for himself under the company name of Hub’s Cat Service. Frank was a loving husband, father, brother, and grandfather. He adored his grandchildren with all his heart. The family would like to thank the caregivers at Friendship Health and Rehab for the love and excellent care provided to Daddy. Funeral services will be held at Barnhardt Baptist Church in Goodview. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.3 He was buried at Barnhardt Cemetery, 1033 Brittle Street, Goodview, Bedford Co., Virginia.3 He was born on November 3, 1934 at Bedford Co., Virginia.2,3 He married Sadie Mae Gray, daughter of Alexander "Zan" Gray and Lessie Mae Hall, on April 27, 1956 at Bedford Co., Virginia.1,4,3 Frank Aubrey Hubbard Sr. died on January 22, 2019 at Virginia at age 84.3

Peggy Joyce Bryant was born on June 27, 1937 at Bonsack, Roanoke Co., Virginia.2,3 As of August 1, 1985,her married name was Hall.2 She married Danny Wayne Hall Sr., son of Andrew Charles Hall and Nannie Kate Ratliff, on August 1, 1985 at Vinton, Roanoke Co., Virginia.1,2 Peggy Joyce Bryant died on December 10, 2017 at Roanoke, Virginia, at age 80.3 She Peggy Joyce Bryant Hall, 80, a lifelong resident of Vinton, Va., peacefully passed away on Sunday, December 10, 2017, at Pheasant Ridge Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Roanoke with her family by her side. She is the daughter of the late Ethel Marie (Ree) Stanley Bryant and Lloyd Bryant and was born in Bonsack on June 27, 1937. In addition to her parents, Peggy was preceded in death by her sister, Carol (Sweetpea) Bryant Clatterbuck; brother, Bruce W. Bryant; and husband, Danny Wayne Hall. Peggy is survived by her loving brother, Price Bryant of Roanoke; children, Carla Green Fosbre and husband, Mike, of Vinton, David Green and wife, Kellie Hall Green, of Ohio, and Jill Craighead Cromer and husband, Jeff, of Orland, Fla. She also leaves behind seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews, all of whom she dearly loved. Peggy was a retired supervisor with Blue Cross/Blue Shield in Downtown Roanoke. After retirement, she spent her life loving and helping take care of her beloved grandchildren. Peggy will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her, and those who were lucky enough to experience her unparalleled wit, incisive humor, and poetic expression. Her family would especially like to thank Richard and Connie Goad and Anthony and Cassie Bryant, for their constant prayers and visits while Peggy was at Pheasant Ridge. Also, many thanks to the staff at Pheasant Ridge for their loving care and compassion for Peggy during her 2 ½ years there. A family celebration of Peggy's life will be held in the Summer of 2018. on December 15, 2017.3
