Vrana, 88, passed away at 3:27 a.m. Friday, Sept. 13, 2013 at Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne. For the past two years, Mrs. Vrana made her home at the Cameron Woods Assisted Living Facility in Angola to be near her son. On Nov. 21, 1924, June L. Barts was born in Rochester to Howard C. and Maude (Stull) Barts. Growing up, she shared her childhood with a sister, Alice, and two brothers, Joe and Keith. In May of 1943, with great pride, June graduated with her class from Rochester High School. She continued her education at the South Bend College of Commerce, studying bookkeeping and accounting. In Rochester, on May 22, 1954, June and James Vrana were married. Their union of 46 years produced twins, Jack and Jill.
