Jackie was a member of Dunbar United Methodist Church and the Order of Eastern Star, Dunbar Chapter #133. She was a native of Procious, Clay County. In addition to her parents, Jackie was preceded in death by her grandparents, Hugh and Laura Samples. Surviving are her children, Judy Alderman and husband, Danny, of Dunbar, Roy King and wife, Mary Louise, of Charleston and Sandy Kemp of Cross Lanes; sisters, Sharon Samples and husband, Ronald, of Culloden and Linda Bird and husband, Von, of Elkview; brothers, Wayne R.
