Surviving are her husband, Ira Dean Waller Jr. of the home; two sons, Randy Cox of Figsboro and Andrew Cox of Bassett; a daughter, Karen Harrell of Pleasant Grove; two stepsons, Mark D. Waller and Rodney D. Waller, both of Bassett; two stepdaughters, Deborah Kiefer and Dana Smith, both of Bassett; two grandchildren; eight stepgrandchildren; a sister, Marie Yopp of Bent Mountain; and several nieces and nephews. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Monday in the South Chapel of Bassett Funeral Service with the Revs. Charles Waller and Bobby Rakes officiating. Burial will be in Oakland Methodist Church cemetery in Galax. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. today in the South Chapel of Bassett Funeral Service. on May 10, 2009.¹
