Dr. Aliff practiced neurosurgery and neurology in Tampa until moving his practice to Charleston, W.Va., in 1973. He retired in 1977 and moved back to Tampa, where he lived until moving to Westminster Oaks in Tallahassee in early 2008. Dr. Aliff was an avid golfer, and he and his wife loved spending the summers in Blowing Rock, N.C. He is survived by daughters, Roberta Edmondson (husband George) of Tampa, FL., and Martha Anne Aliff of Tallahassee, as well as a son, Mark Aliff (wife Nancy) of Tallahassee, and grandchildren Robert, Hope, Benjamin and Elizabeth.
