She loved her family and of course her God came first in her life! Survivors include her two daughters, Brenda Parker of West Palm Beach, FL, and Sharon Newbould (Bob) of League City, Texas, and her two sisters, Florine Lilly of West Palm Beach, FL and Patty Lilly (Bob) of Coal CIty, West Virginia, her grand dog, Freckles and numerous nieces & nephews also survive her. She is survived by her sister Patty (Bob) Lilly from Coal City, WV, her children, Vennie Lilly (Paula Casper) from New Castle, CO, Ed Lilly (former wife, Carolyn) Judy Lilly Snowden (Tim), and Tom Lilly (Lynn) all from West Palm Beach, FL. She has nine beautiful and loving grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Internment at Hillcrest Memorial Park. on December 30, 2014.4

     Robert Ray "Bob" Lilly Robert “Bob” Ray Lilly, 91, beloved husband, father, grandfather and friend, went home to be with the Lord on January 3, 2022. Born January 26, 1930, in Whitby, WV, he was a son of the late Hobert Lilly and the late Roena Bolen Lilly. Bob loved mowing his grass, spending time with his family and always took pride in having a clean car. He graduated from Stoco High School in 1949 and began his career as a bus driver in 1959, touching so many lives of the students that some still kept in touch and would visit him; he retired from the Raleigh County Board of Education as the Director of Transportation. Bob was asked to be the Grand Marshall of a Stoco Homecoming Parade in the past. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Cindy Lilly Mahurin, a brother and three sisters. He was the last surviving member of his immediate family. Those left to cherish his memory include his loving wife of 69 years, Patty Lilly; a son, Roger Lilly and wife Karen of Coal City; a daughter, Sandy Bowling and husband Rick of Nimitz; grandchildren, Jeanie Bowman and husband Kelly of Beaver, Roger Lilly II and wife Anna Marie of Cool Ridge, Robert Bowling of Nimitz, Amy Mills and husband Okey of Princeton, Jenifer Wilson Cowan of Charlotte, NC, and David Wilson and wife Casey of Maiden, NC; great-grandchildren, Mackenzie Brogan and husband Kanyon, Ethan Bowman, Dylan Lilly, Elasyn Lilly, Hadley Lilly, Lily Dodson, Bowen Mills, Abby Mills, Jarrod Mills, Blaze Cowan, Zayne Cowan and Cora Wilson; and numerous nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.      Donel Lee DeWeese Donel Lee Deweese, 79, of Altus, passed away at his home April 1, 2016. Burial with full military honors will follow services at 1 p.m., Ft. Sill National Cemetery, Elgin. Donel Lee Deweese was born Jan. 26, 1937 to Waymond and Elizabeth (Clark) Deweese in Lester, West Virginia. Donel Deweese and Nelta Ray were united in marriage on March 21, 1958 in Ardmore. To this union three sons were born. Mr. Deweese served his country in the United States Air Force from 1954 until he was honorably discharged as a Master Sergeant in 1974. He worked as a heating and air conditioning technician for over 20 years in Altus following his military retirement. He was also a member of the Good Sams Club; VFW; and was of the Baptist faith. Donel enjoyed hunting, fishing and traveling. He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers-in-law, Fred Gorby, Jim Arnold and Junior Williams. Don is survived by his wife, Nelta, of the home; three sons, Donel K.
