Born August 16, 1922, she was the daughter of the late Chisholm Pearl Wilhelm and Lillie Callaghan Wilhelm. She was also preceded in death by her brothers, LaRue Wilhelm, Forrest Wilhelm, Edsel Wilhelm, Boyd Wilhelm, John Wilhelm, J.W. Wilhelm, and Ray Wilhelm and her sisters, Violet W. Robinson, Betty W. Lally, Louise W. Rayburn, Ruby W. Carroll, Virginia W. Thomas, Norma W. Mathis, and Hazel W. Casstevens. Left to cherish her memory are her sons, Arthur K. Seward, Jr. Peggy and Richard W, Seward Angie Epps, both of Waverly; her brother, Preston A. Wilhelm, Sr. of Richmond; her sister, Marion W. Ray was preceded in death by his wife, Alice Josephine Crawford Wilhelm; his parents, Chisholm and Lillie Wilhelm; brothers, LaRue Wilhelm, John Wilhelm, Forrest Wilhelm, Edsel Wilhelm, J.W. 'Jim' Wilhelm and Boyd Wilhelm; and sisters, Violet Wilhelm, Virginia Thomas, Betty Ann Lally and Hazel Casstevens. He is survived by his son, Wiley 'Keith' Wilhelm Sr. and his wife, Annette of Gloucester; two daughters, Sandra Wilhelm Johnson of York County, and Alice Jo Wilhelm Nessar and husband, Daryoush of Chester, Va; brother, Preston Wilhelm of Richmond; five sisters, Louise Rayburn of Richmond, Va., Ruby Carroll of Richmond, Aurelia Seward of Waverly, Va., Norma Jean Mathis of California, and Marion Lou Golden of Charlottesville, Va. He is also survived by six grandchildren, Amber Parrish and husband, Jason of Ashland, Ky., Matthew Johnson of Newport News, Wiley Wilhelm Jr., Chisholm Wilhelm, Claibron Wilhelm, and GraceAnne Wilhelm; and three great- grandchildren, Jason Parrish Jr., Dylan Parrish and Taylor Parrish. A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, April 19, in the chapel of Amory Funeral Home, Grafton, with the Rev. Bob Collins officiating. Interment will follow in Peninsula Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Sunday, April 18, at the funeral home. on April 17, 2010.2

Wilhelm, Sr. Of Richmond; seven sisters, Louise W. Rayburn of Missouri, Ruby W. Carroll of Richmond, Virginia W. Thomas of Roanoke, Aurelia W. Seward of Waverly, Norma W. Mathis of California, Hazel Casstevens of Hanover, and Marion W. Golden of Charlottesville. Never having children of his own, he will always be the loved uncle to ten nieces, twenty nephews, twenty-two grand nieces, eighteen grand nephews, four great grand nieces and two great grand nephews. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by five brothers, Larue, Forrest, Herman, Boyd, and John Wilhelm; and two sisters, Violet Robinson and Betty Lally. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 19, 2004 at 1:00 P.M. from Alleghany Memorial Park, Low Moor, officiated by Reverend Steve Eggleston. Interment will follow. There will be no visitation, however friends may call the Nicely Funeral Homel at anytime. Family suggests that memorial tributes take the form of contributions to the Wintergreen Volunteer Rescue Squad, 487 Monocan Dr., P.O. Box 711, Nellysford, Va. 22958. on June 19, 2004.3

     Marion Lou Wilhelm Marion Wilhelm Golden, 84, of Spring Hill, FL., left this world on February 27, 2022 at Sturgill Hospice House. She was born August 24, 1937 in Clifton Forge, VA. She lived in Charlottesville, VA for 20 years with her son, Wes Golden, and daughter in law, Marty Golden, and has lived in Spring Hill, FL with them since 2012. She was a fabulous homemaker, a hard worker in the family business, and worked outside the home for 17 years in retail. She is survived by 3 children, John Wesley Golden, III (Wes), Tamera Lou Fox, and Matthew Dwayne Golden. In addition, she is survived by several grandchildren, Todd Lescher, Troy Lescher, Konley Brewer, Savanna Fox, and Kendel Fox. She was known to them as Boo Boop, Glammother, Grandmother, Milly, Marion, Mom, Big Mil, and numerous additional nick names. Sixteen brothers and sisters proceeded her in death with one brother, Preston Wilhelm, surviving. In addition, she is survived by many nieces and nephews. Porter was a longtime HAM radio operator and was a member of the Ray-Clay Radio Club. He was a former member of the American Legion Williams Post No. 26 in Clifton Forge, Va., and was a proud recipient of the State of Missouri WWII Veterans Award recognition. Porter will be deeply missed by his wife of 67 years, Louise Wilhelm Rayburn, of the home; his daughter, Suzette Rayburn Wells and husband, Dick, Richmond, Mo; beloved pet, Kitty Kat; his sister, Juanita Rayburn Pyle, Aztec, N.M; a nephew, Joseph Pyle and his wife, Mini, Spring, Texas; a niece, Annette Pyle Lain and husband, Allen, of Aztec, N.M; and two great-nephews. Visitation will be held from 1:30 to 2 p.m. Tuesday, June 26, at Crowley Cemetery in Richmond, Mo., followed by graveside services at 2 p.m. Arrangements are through McGilley Antioch Funeral Home in Kansas City. He is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Tamera Fox and husband, Larry of Colonial Heights; two sons and one daughter-in-law, John Wesley Golden III and wife, Marty of Charlottesville and Matthew Golden of Roanoke; six sisters, Margaret Bunch and Carol Grady, both of Covington, Ruth Downey of Selma, Jewel Schnurr of Louisville, Ky., Mildred Keyser of Abingdon and Marie Shanks of Millboro; one brother, Ronald Golden of Norwood, N.C; four grandchildren, Brandon and Konley Golden and Savanna and Kendal Fox; the mother of his children, Marion Golden; and a number of nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Pauline Pace and two brothers, Paul and Wayne Golden. A graveside service will be held at Galatia Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Gala, Va. on November 22, 2006.3
