     Isaac Jay Woupio was born on February 5, 1974 at Fresno Co., California.¹ He married Amy Joy Kunkle on February 24, 1995 at Midland, Midland Co., Texas.³ Isaac Jay Woupio died on July 19, 2009 at Midland, Midland Co., Texas, at age 35.⁴ He Issac Jay Woupio, 35, passed to his reward Sunday morning, July 19, 2009 at his home. Issac was a husband, daddy, servant and missionary. He is survived by his wife Amy, sons Oliver and Caleb, and daughter Madison. He is also survived by his grandmother Mobly, mother Linda, father Carl, sisters Heather, Marissa, and Kasey and brothers Johnny, Cody and Mike, as well as his family of believers at MIdland Bible Church. Issac would want all these to know how much they meant to him and, more than that, how much they are loved by his Lord. A memorial service will be held August 3, 2009 at 3:00 pm at Midland Bible Church. In lieu of flowers remembrances may be made to one of Isaac's passions, the Uganda Mission, in care of Midland Bible Church. on July 31, 2009.⁴
