     Nevil Wesley Watson A funeral service for Nevil Wesley Watson will be held Saturday. Nevil, age 88, of Heath, passed away on January 4, 2018. He was born on January 3, 1930 to the late Robert and Aileen (Parker) Watson in Newark, OH. Nevil proudly served his country as a member of the US Air Force from 1949-1952 during the Korean War. He owned Watson Mobile Home Transporting for many years, enjoying cross country trips with his wife and son. Nevil is survived by his children, Michele (Jeff Lomas) Justice and Kevin (Jodi Miller) Watson; 4 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; siblings, Darwin Watson and Shalmir (Howarth) Keller; several nieces, nephews, and cousins; and his beloved cat, Kitty. He was born Aug. 31, 1936, in Newark, to Susie (Bostick) Moss of Buckeye Lake and the late Kenneth F. Moss. He was a serviceman for Hickle Water Conditioning Co. and a veteran of the Marines. Surviving are his wife, Marilyn (Loar) Moss; his mother; four sons, Tim Moss and Chris Moss, all of the Kenneth F. Moss III, Richard Moss, home; one stepson, Robert Ludwig of Hebron; three daughters, Donna Kiger of Newark, Paula Bingman of Hebron and Kathy Smith of Buckeye Lake; nine grandchildren; one sister, Mary Watson of Newark; and nieces and nephews. on August 10, 1987.³

She was head housekeeper for Duke's Inn in Buckeye Lake. Her husband, Kenneth Moss, died Aug. 9, 1987. Surviving are five sons: Robert Ludwig of Hebron, and Kenneth F. Moss III, Richard Moss and Chris Moss, all of the home, and Tim Moss of Gahanna; three daughters: Donna Kieger of Newark, Paula Bingman of Hebron, and Kathy Smith of Buckeye Lake; one brother, Jack Loar of California; 10 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. One brother is deceased. on January 10, 1981.³ She died on January 8, 1991 at Licking Co., Ohio, at age 57.^2,3

The son of Benjamin and Ethel Poole, Earl was born on October 11, 1926 in Crewe, Va. Mr. Poole served in the United States Navy during World War II aboard the naval vessel LST 1044. He was retired from the IBM Corporation in Manassas, Va. Mr. Poole served the Lord faithfully for many years at Nokesville Gospel Chapel. He was preceded in death by two sons, David Earl Poole (d. 1997), and Gary Stafford Poole at birth. He is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Teva D. Poole and one sister Nora Jenkins of Collinsville, Va. He is also survived by three daughters, Carol Via and her husband Gary, Joan Ritenour and her husband James and Laurenda Poole, and one daughter-in-law Edith Poole; four sons, William and his wife Kelly, Mark and his wife Heidi, Daniel and his wife Terri, and Paul and his wife Crystal; eleven grand-children; and six great-grandchildren. Private interment will be held at Quantico National Cemetery. on April 11, 2011.²

Born October 11, 1946 in Roanoke, VA, he was the son of the late Frank and Leona Lillo Via. On June 21, 1986 in Manassas, VA, he married the former Carol Poole, who survives. Also surviving besides his loving wife of 29 years are two daughters, Laska Dawn Via of Manassas; Amy Lynn Via and her fiancé Thomas Samuel Robinson also of Manassas; one sister, Kathy Pederson and her husband Steve of Minnesota; and one brother, Dennis Via and his wife Corrine of Front Royal.      James Wilton Ritenour Jr. James Wilton Ritenour, Jr., 61, of Bealeton, Virginia, died on Monday, November 21, 2016 at INOVA Fairfax Hospital. Born on January 31, 1955, he was the son of Elva and James Wilton Ritenour, Sr. of Nokesville, VA. He was preceded in death by his father. James was a 1973 graduate of Brentsville District High School in Nokesville, VA with an outstanding football legacy. He had a tremendous impact on numerous people, as he thoroughly enjoyed helping family, friends, and coworkers. James never tired of spending time with his two nephews, his sister and his brother-in-law, whether it was working or just having fun. Lending a helping hand to his mother after the death of his father was just who James was. He was always willing to learn something new. He gave himself unselfishly in everything he did and expected nothing in return. As an avid runner, and lover of animals and the outdoors, James will be truly missed and may his kind and caring spirit surround us all. He is survived by his loving wife of 41 years, Joan Ritenour; his mother, Clarene Ritenour of Nokesville, VA; sister, Carolyn J. Herndon and her husband, Glen Herndon of Nokesville, VA; and his nephews, Matthew A. Heisler of Balko, OK and Jason E. Heisler of Louisa, VA. "Ginny" McAllister - Salisbury - Ginny McAllister, 80, of Salisbury died Sunday, October 6, 2013 at Coastal Hospice at the Lake in Salisbury. Born in Roanoke, Virginia on October 18, 1932 she was the daughter of the late Banks and Edna Luckado. Ginny was past president of the Elk's Ladies Auxiliary. She loved golf and was Ladies Champion at the Elks and Nassawango Golf Clubs. She enjoyed life and her greatest love was for her grandchildren. She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Kenneth; one daughter, Cynthia Wisner of Salisbury; two granddaughters, Jennifer Jones and Melissa Revel; three great grandchildren, Alaina Himmler and William and Noah Jones; brother, Alan Luckado of Lacombe, Louisiana; a favorite niece, Sherry Bane of Brooksville, Florida and several nieces and nephews.
