Funeral service will be at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 2, 2011 at Lewis Funeral Chapel in Fort Smith, AR. with interment at The U.S. National Cemetery in Fort Smith, AR. Family will receive friends from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, November 1, 2011 at Lewis Funeral Chapel in Fort Smith, AR. Pallbearers will be family members.
