Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in Memorial Park Funeral Home Chapel of Memories with Pastor Baron Tillman officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements are by Memorial Park Funeral Home, 6969 E. Interstate 40. Pat Roberson was born Aug. 15, 1933, in Shamrock to William and Vera Roberson. She grew up in Wellington and graduated from Wellington High School in 1950. Pat was a proud Wellington Skyrocket. She married Jimmie A. Graves on March 25, 1954. Pat was a switchboard operator for the telephone company. She loved tracing her family’s genealogy and heritage. Family was the most important thing in her life and remembering the family legacy. She was deeply loved and will be greatly missed. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Jim Graves; a son-in-law, Mike Neie; and a sister, Marge Brown. Survivors include a son, Walter Allen “Walt” Graves and wife Sharon of Springtown; two daughters, Linda Kaye Neie of Amarillo and Stacy Ann Bueber and husband Alan of Kearney, Neb; her grandchildren, Lindsay Wright, Ashley Kruse, Michael Graves, Stephanie Sudderth, Roy Whittenburg III and Jim Whittenburg; and six great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be to Alzheimer’s Association, 415 S.W. Eighth Ave., Suite 300, Amarillo, TX 79101. The family will receive guests and friends from 5 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home. on February 12, 2016.3

He was preceded in death by his sister, Virginia White. on September 19, 1996.3

She is survived by her husband; a son and daughter, David and Deanna, both of the Springfield area, and one grandson, David Lewis Kersten, Jr. Other survivors are six brothers and sisters, Mrs. Raymond Mitchell and Otis Roberson of Wellington; Mrs. Ruby Riddle of Quanah; Loyd Roberson of Amarillo; Weldon Roberson of Oklahoma City; and Mrs. Loyd Langford of Pampa. on January 7, 1965.1

She was born on October 19, 1924 in Hollis, Oklahoma to the late Eben M. Burkhalter and Ruby Riddle. Joveta leaves behind her family to cherish her memories, four children: William M. (Margaret) Stone of Houston, Texas, Nancy Jo Rodgers of Corpus Christi, Lyndon R. (Marina) Stone of Humble, Texas and Suzie (Terry) Moench of Corpus Christi; one sister, Naomi Pape of Munday, Texas; six grandchildren: Stacy Nunn, Michael Stone, Billy Ray Rodgers, Terry Moench, Jr., Danny Stone and Charlie Moench; eleven great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 1, 2011 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., at Memory Gardens Funeral Home. She is preceded in death by her parents J.C. and Joveta Stone. Nancy Jo is survived by her children, Stacy Nunn (J.M.) and William Ray Rodgers (Tina); her siblings, Bill Stone (Margaret), Lyndon Stone (Marena), Suzie Moench (Terry); her grandchildren, Georgia and Jake Nunn, Shailynn, Lyndon, Christopher, and Victoria Rodgers; and numerous nieces and nephews. The family extends a Special Thanks to Knopp Nursing Home, Max Beckmann with Fredericksburg Funeral Home, Dr. Felicia Howard and staff, and Ambleside School of Fredericksburg family. She was born February 6, 1923 in Wellington, TX to Mike and Ruby Burkhalter. Naomi married Frederick Wilhelm Pape on August 10, 1941. Naomi was a member of the First Baptist Church for 65 years where she was a Sunday School teacher and a member of the choir. She also was a member and served several terms as president of the PTA. She was a member of Eastern Star for several years. Naomi was the bookkeeper for John Deer for many, many years but prior to that she worked at many different places including City Grill, Morton Wilborns, Beatys, Rexall and Dairy Treat. She also ran the Snack Shack. Naomi was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, one sister, Joveta Stone and one brother Jessie D. Burkhalter. She is survived by one son; Henry and wife Emma Jean Pape of Fort Worth, TX, two daughters; Frieda Brown and husband, Gene of Rhineland, TX, and Martha Pape of Munday, TX. Also, seven grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. Interment will follow in Johnson Memorial Cemetery. on July 22, 2015.2
