Church of the home; daughter, Katye Church of the home; granddaughter, Aryia Alexandria Church of the home; and two brothers, Henry Wayne Church and Harold Dean Shepherd both of Winston Salem. Funeral service will be held 2:00 o'clock Sunday, December 15, 2013 at Miller Funeral Chapel with Rev. Gene Shepherd officiating. Burial will follow in Mountlawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at Miller Funeral Service from 1:30 until 2:00 on Sunday, prior to the service. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to the donor's choice..
