Robert Lee "Bobby" "Bob" Daily died on August 13, 2021 at Tennessee at age 84.^5,6 He Robert Lee Daily - Bob was born on July 10, 1937, to Paul and Lola Daily, in Gatewood, West Virginia, and grew up in Greenbriar County, West Virginia. He passed away August 13, 3021. He is survived by his wife Betty Daily; 3 sons, Gregory Scott (Collie) Daily, Curtis Lynn (Julie) Daily, David Alan (Karen) Daily; brothers and sister, Jim Daily, Mike Daily, Joanne Levisay; 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. He joined the U.S. Air Force in 1954 and served for 10 years. In 1958 he married Betty Hanson. Bob pastored in the Church of the Nazarene for 35 years. Retired in 1998 for health reasons and moved to Heritage at Brentwood in 2019. Bob’s passion was to live for Jesus Christ, build the kingdom of God and serve others. He asked for little, gave much, and was Loved by all. He will be missed, and we will always carry his memory in our hearts. There will be a graveside service at Middle TN Veterans Cemetery. on August 17, 2021.⁶

     Ricky William Daily Ricky William Daily, 58 of Frankford passed away Wednesday July 17, 2013 at his home. Born March 19, 1955 at Hines he was the son of the late Paul C. Daily Sr. and Lola Johnson Daily. Ricky graduated from Greenbrier West High School in 1973 and was on the school wrestling team. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force. Ricky studied the history of WW II and enjoyed crafting models of battle scenes and weaponry of that era. He was a faithful walker of the Greenbrier River Trail where he made friends, human and animal. Other than his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, Paul Daily Jr. Survivors include his wife, Jocelyn Hanna; daughters, Corrie Barker and husband, Cliff and Kimberly Adkins and husband, Matt all of Huntington; step-sons, Jamie and Steven Schlachter and Nathaniel Johnston of Frankford; step-daughter, Stacy Johnston of Frankford; two grandchildren, Chloe Barker and Chandler Barker; brothers, Jim Daily of Mobile, Alabama, Bobby Daily of Nashville, TN, and Mike Daily of Caldwell; and a sister, Joanne Livesay of Lewisburg.      Joanne Marie Daily Joanne Marie (Daily) Livesay, 79, of Lewisburg passed away Monday morning April 4, 2022 at Greenbrier Health Care Center in Fairlea. She was born February 10, 1943 in Hines, WV and was the daughter of the late Paul C. and Lola (Johnson) Daily, Sr. Joanne was a member of the Greenbrier Valley Church of the Nazarene. She was dedicated to the teaching and instruction of young children and youth. Joanne held a Bachelor of Science degree in Education with teaching majors in English and Social Studies from Bob Jones University. She also had a Masters of Arts degree in Education specialization in Reading instruction from Appalachian State University. Additionally, she completed post Masters degree graduate work at Marshall Graduate College of Marshall University, Radford University and West Virginia College of Graduate Studies , completing additional certifications in Principalship, Supervision of Instruction and other administrative categories. Joanne loved religious music and the scriptures. She had a heart of genuine respect and love of humanity. Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers Paul C. Daily, Jr., Rev. Robert Daily and Rick Daily. Joanne leaves her husband Dr. Dwight Livesay; son Michael P. Livesay and his wife Kelli Anne of Denver, Co; granddaughter Eliza Romero-Cahonne; brothers Rev. James Daily of Mobile, AL and Michael Daily of Williamsburg, WV; nine nephews and eight nieces.      Dr. Norman Dwight Livesay Norman Dwight Livesay, 80, of Lewisburg passed away Wednesday July 5, 2023 at his home in Rolling Hills Estates, in Lewisburg. He was born July 14, 1942 in Grassy Meadows, WV and was the son of the late Lawrence T. Livesay and Thelma (Cadle) Livesay. Dwight was an active member and a deacon of the First Baptist Church of Fairlea. He held a Bachelor of Science degree from Concord College and a Masters degree from Appalachian State University. He had a doctorate degree in School Law from Virginia Tech. He began working in 1964 in the Greenbrier County Schools as a teacher and a counselor, eventually serving as assistant superintendent and director of curriculum and instruction for 19 years. After retiring in 2006, Dwight continued his work as an educational consultant for the Greenbrier County Board of Education. His lifelong dedication and great love for others was felt throughout the community. Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by wife, Joanne Marie Livesay. Dwight leaves his son Michael P. Livesay, wife Kelli Anne, and granddaughter Eliza of Denver Co.
