Born on May 12, 1945, in Eccles, West Virginia, she was a daughter of the late Fred Clayburn and Bertha Oneal. She was the wife of the late Joe Allen Dillow. Mrs. Dillow worked as a LPN for over forty years and she was an Avon represenetive for over twenty years. She is survived by one daughter, Melissa Marsh; two sons, Mark Dillow of Waynesboro and Joe Dillow, II and wife, Jamie of Louisa; two brothers, Calvin Clayburn and Robert Clayburn; one sister, Janice Dillow and husband, Walter; six grandchildren, Amber Durham and husband, Chase, Jacob Dillow, Nicholas Dillow, Davis Marsh, Mark Dillow, II, and Tyler Dillow; and two great-grandchildren, Houston Marsh and Chase Durham. She was also preceded in death by a grandson, Jonathan Marsh; one brother, Harold Clayburn; and a sister, Eva Cole. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, January 26, 2018, at the Preddy Funeral Home Chapel in Gordonsville with interment to follow at 1 p.m. at Holly Memorial Gardens in Charlottesville. Pastor Dan Edwards will officiate. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. on Thursday evening, January 25, 2018, at the funeral home.
