Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, June 28, 2003, at Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens Mausoleum Chapel, Cross Lanes, W.Va. Burial will follow in the memory gardens. on June 26, 2003.2

"Lanaie" Westfall, 81, of Poca, went home to be with the Lord September 9, 2016, in CAMC Teays Valley Hospital. Lanaie retired from ACF Industries and is a member and former deacon at Lett Creek Community Church. He is preceded in death by his wife, Connie Sue Westfall; parents, Lewis and Lula Westfall; and 15 siblings, Thomas Westfall, Mable Westfall Johnson, Bessie Sharp, Buck Westfall, Loshua Wolfe, Robert Westfall, Garland Westfall, Ralph Westfall, Earl "Nute" Westfall, Mae Wolfe, Lillian Conway, Lawrence Westfall, Phyllis "Sissy" Thacker, Pete Westfall and Ruby Woods. He is survived by his two daughters, Kathy and husband, Greg McLane and Teresa and husband, Marvin Richardson; two grandchildren, Robert "Bobby" Thornton, II and wife, Lisa and Ande Runnion; three great-grandchildren, Robert "Bobby" Thornton, III, Chelsea Thornton and Samantha Cochran; adopted grandchildren, Briana Jackson and Erin Dydland; and dog, Gizmo. The family would like to say a special thank you to CAMC Teays Valley Hospital ICU staff for the wonderful care given to our father. A tribute to the life of Mr. Franklin "Lanaie" Westfall will be 3 p.m., Sunday, September 11, at Gatens-Harding Funeral Home Chapel with Pastors John Taylor and John McCoy officiating. She was the last child born to Lewis Allen and Lula Elmore Westfall on February 5, 1938. Besides her parents, she is also preceded in death by her daughter, Deana Ann Woods; and her brothers and sisters, Earston "Buck," Bessie, Rob, Loshia "Doe," Garland, Ralph, Mae, Faye, Earl "Nute," Lillian, Lawrence, Phyllis "Sissy," and Orville "Pete." Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 55 years, Roy T. Woods of the home; daughter, Lisa Woods, of Midland, Mich; sons, Greg of Hearn, Texas and Barry and her granddaughter, Heather Woods, of Houston, Texas; her brother, Franklin D. "Laney" Westfall, of Poca, W.Va; and her brother-in-law, Dorsey Woods, of Little Rock, Ark. Ruby was a homemaker and a member of the Beta Sigma Phi Sorority. She loved her pets, Pookie and Sapphire, dearly but her passion was family and her beautiful Heather. Ruby was the one, who after 42 years of no activity, pressed the "girls" to revive the Westfall Family Reunion and all of those who have attended for the last several years are so grateful. A tribute to the life of Mrs. Ruby Woods will be 3 p.m. Sunday January 27, 2013 at Gatens-Harding Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Rob VanFossen officiating. Entombment will follow in Haven of Rest Memory Gardens, Red House. on January 26, 2013.2
