Anne Harrington ORANGEBURG — Anne Light, 81, of Orangeburg, passed away on Friday, Jan. 12, 2019. Burial will follow in Jericho United Methodist Church Cemetery. Mrs. Light was born Jan. 20, 1937, in Alexander, N.C. She was the daughter of the late Joseph Earl Harrington and the late Clara Ethel Jarvis Harrington. She was a member of Jericho United Methodist Church in Cameron. Mrs. Anne was predeceased by her husband of 60 years, Walter Alan Light; a grandson, Benjamin Michael Albro; and a brother, Richard Harrington. Survivors include her daughter, Sherri and Robert Albro of Zionsville, Pa; a son, David and Tyndall Light of San Angelo, Texas; five grandchildren, Clara Jean Light, Walter David Light, Brandon Scott Albro (Danielle), Joseph Aaron Albro, Hannah Elizabeth Albro; sister, Faye Burgess of Morganton, N.C; brother, Joseph and Susanne Harrington of Morganton, N.C; sister-in-law, Sandra Myers of Lexington, N.C; and a number of nieces and nephews.2 She was buried at Jericho Methodist Church Cemetery, Cameron, Calhoun Co., South Carolina.2 She was born on January 20, 1937 at Alexander, Buncombe Co., North Carolina.2 As of November 8, 1957,her married name was Light.1 She married Walter Alan Light, son of Walter Kenton Light and Oma Weatherman, on November 8, 1957 at Burke Co., North Carolina.1,2 Anne Harrington died on January 12, 2019 at Orangeburg, Orangeburg Co., South Carolina, at age 81.2

Mrs. Myers was born November 17, 1941 to Walter Kenton Light and Oma Weatherman Light. She was a graduate of High Point University. Her husband, Woodrow Daniel Myers, and her brother, Walter Alan Light, preceded her in death. She is survived by her son, Jonathan Daniel Myers of Canton, GA, her daughters, Stephanie Lara Myers of Clemmons, Amy Myers Page of Stokesdale, and Elizabeth Erin Myers of Lexington; and her grandchildren, Ethan Page, Lucas Page, Hazel Myers, and Irene Myers. Woodrow Daniel "Dan" Myers Woodrow Myers, Oct 5, 1941 - Dec 21, 2010. Woodrow Daniel Myers, age 69 of Crews Lake Rd., Lexington died Tuesday in Lexington Memorial Hospital. A graveside service will be held at Shiloh United Methodist Church Cemetery. Mr. Myers was born October 5, 1941 in Davidson County to Woodrow Paige Myers and Georgie Reid Myers. He received a BS in Chemistry at High Point University, and retired from Akzo Nobel where he was Lab Manager for 40 years. He was also a member of the Triad Aeromodelers where he was secretary for many years. Mr. Myers was a member of Shiloh United Methodist Church and he served in the US Army as 1st. Lieutenant. He was preceded in death by his parents, and a brother, Donald Paige Myers. Surviving are his wife, Sandra Light Myers of the home, a son, Jonathan Daniel Myers of Woodstock, GA, three daughters, Stephanie Lara Myers of Charlotte, Amy Myers Page and husband, Jeremy of Oak Ridge, NC, Elizabeth Erin Myers of Lexington; two grandchildren, Ethan Page, Lucas Page both of Oak Ridge and a sister, Donna Arnold of Colorado.4 He was buried at Shiloh United Methodist Church Cemetery, Tyro, Davidson Co., North Carolina.4 He was born on October 5, 1941 at Davidson Co., North Carolina.4 He married Sandra Lucille Light, daughter of Walter Kenton Light and Oma Weatherman, on December 20, 1963 at High Point, Guilford Co., North Carolina.1,2,3,4 Woodrow Daniel "Dan" Myers died on December 21, 2010 at Lexington, Davidson Co., North Carolina, at age 69.4

In addition to her parents, Direnda was preceded in death by her step-father, Marvin Godwin; step-mother, Martha Huntley; step-brother, Freddy King; aunts, Delores Stacy (Kelly) and Darrell Weatherman (Mary); and uncle, Bill Childers.
