Surviving: wife, Jannie Stone Lycans; daughters, Darla and Penny, both at home; son, James at home; father Albert R. Lycans of Dunbar; brothers, Jerry and Carl, both of Moundsville; sister, Mrs. Brenda Carpenter at Dunbar. Service will be 2 p.m. Monday in Stevens-Grass Funeral Home, Maiden, with the Rev. Frederick Sprigg officiating. Burial will be in the Massey Cemetery at Winifrede. on November 16, 1975.1

     Karen Gail Lykins Karen Gail Lykins-Fannin passed away June 10, 2016 at her home due to a long illness. She was born Feb. 12, 1957, in Charleston Wv, to the late Betty Ann Taylor- Bolt and Grover Lee Lykins. She was preceded in death by both her parents and step father Jim Bolt and her son Patrick M. Fannin, also two brothers, Luther Lee Lykins and Larry Wayne Taylor. She was also survived by her very best friend William Fleshman, three sisters, Sue Hudson of minden WV, Brenda Jarrell of minden WV and Lisa Scanlan of Chicago I'll. Three children, Dreama Rice and husband Keith Rice, Anthony Vargas and Benjamin Vargas. She also had six grandchildren she loved very much and many nieces and nephews and friends she loved dearly. And her two dogs Capone and Cleopatra who where her world.
