     Jack Lee Bays Jack Lee Bays, 80, of Charleston, West Virginia passed away on July 15, 2023. He was born on February 6, 1943 to the late Beverly and Violet Bays. Jack enjoyed making things, family vacations, and working in the yard. He will be missed very much. In addition to his parents, Jack was preceded in death by his wife, Erma Faye Bays; and sisters, Pam O'Neil and Shirley Spears. He is survived by step-daughter, Brenda Fernatt (Mike); brother, Earl Bays; sisters, Sherry Blair, Regina Bays, and Bridgette Shaffer; grandchildren, Christina Reed and Erin Cook; great-grandchildren, Nathan, Brooklyn, Christian, and Renesemee' Roop; and many nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held in Graceland Memorial Park, South Charleston.² He was buried at Graceland Memorial Park, South Charleston, Kanawha Co., West Virginia.² He married Erma Faye McCallister, daughter of John Madison McCallister and Virginia Balcus Hayes.¹ Jack Lee Bays was born on February 6, 1943.² He died on July 15, 2023 at Charleston, Kanawha Co., West Virginia, at age 80.²
