Mrs. Lowe was a member of the Schwambe Memorial Presbyterian Church where services will be held Saturday at 2:30 p.m. Rev. J. M. Hart will officiate. Interment will be in Spring Hill Cemetery. on July 19, 1947.4

Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Vanseal Atkisson of South Charleston Rt. 7; one son, Arthur Conley of Coal Fork; her husband, Thomas Conley of Columbus, O; one brother, Emerson Kaylor of Pomeroy, O; four sisters, Mrs. Garney Joy of Cumberland, Mrs. Delphia Gollick of Baltimore, Md., Mrs. Ella Bloom of Riceses Landing, Pa, and Mrs. Dasla Waters of Pennsylvania; and seven grandchildren. Services will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. in the Smith Creek Church of the Nazarene, the Rev. Ned Crouch officiting. Elmore, daughter of John William Elmore and Paulina Hively, on August 1, 1899 at Catlettsburg, Boyd Co., Kentucky.1,7,4 Floyd Jefferson "Jeff" Lowe died on July 4, 1958 at Charleston, Kanawha Co., West Virginia, at age 95.3,5 He Floyd Jefferson Lowe, 96 of 1615 Bigley Ave., died Friday in a Charleston hospital after a long illness. A retired lumber inspector, Mr. Lowe was a member of Schwamb Memorial Presbyterian Church. Surviving are six daughters, Mrs. Effie L. Arthur, Miss Neola Lowe, Mrs. Macil L. Price, Mrs. H. M. Jarvis, Mrs. L. S. Beane and Mrs. S. A. Romine, all of Charleston; 19 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren. Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Sunday in the Schwamb Church with the Rev. Dr. Oswald Schwalbe officiating. Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery. on July 5, 1958.5
