Jack Erwin Southers Jack Erwin Southers was born in Butte, Montana on April 26, 1937 to Earl & Ethel (Williams) Southers. He went home to be with the Jesus on July 17, 2011 in Oroville,California. Jack ranched and worked on the railroad where he excelled in everything he did. He enlisted into the United States Air Force and completed 2 terms. He then went on to become an Aerospace Engineer for 30 years. Jack had traveled the world and had a lot of great times. He brought a lot of joy to all he met while on his journey. He settled in Oroville in 2003 after losing his beloved wife Linda. Jack encouraged all to be the best in everything they did. He will be remembered by his family and friends as a loving and great husband, father, grandfather and friend. See you later my angel. Jack is survived by his daughters Leona Barranca and Annette Castro both of Oroville, CA; his son Wayne Healey of Ketchikan, AK; step children, Ian Price of Santa Clara, CA; and Michael Price of St. Louis, MO; his brothers David Southers of Lake Tahoe, CA; and Loren Southers Ft Bragg, CA; along with several grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews and friends. Services will be Monday, October 10th at 2:00 p.m. at Donaldson Missionary Baptist Church with Brothers Keith Rowton and Hollis McDermott officiating. Burial will follow at Ouachita Cemetery. Pallbearers are Nathan Kyzer, Jared Kyzer, Todd Matthews, J.R. Eldridge, Marvin McDaniel and David Mattingly. Inez Venable Inez Dingler, age 94, of Donaldson passed away on Tuesday, April 13, 2021 at Encore Nursing and Rehab. She was born April 6, 1927, in Bismarck, the daughter of the late Nolan and Alma Shuffield Venable. Inez was a school teacher for 27 years for Ouachita Public Schools. She was a member of the Donaldson Missionary Baptist Church. Other than her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, whom she married on November 2, 1946, L.B. Dingler and her infant brother, Boyd Venable. Survivors, son, Michael Dingler (Cathy) of Donaldson; daughter, Debbie Kyzer (Freddie) of Donaldson; grandchildren, Courtney Matthews (Todd) of Benton, Audrey Eldridge (JR) of Fayetteville, Jared Kyzer (Holly) of Donaldson and Nathan Kyzer (Brandi) of Donaldson and eleven great grandchildren. Burial will be at Ouachita Cemetery.
