He was preceded in death by his parents, Louis A. & Esther F. Urbine, Sr. and one brother, Cecil Urbine. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Patricia C. Urbine; daughter, Sherri L. Urbine; son Robert A. Urbine (Pamela); two adored grandchildren, Chase, McKenzie; brother, Francis E. Urbine (Chuck). Mr. Urbine began working for A. M. Davis, Inc., Lift Truck Sales and Service in 1965 where he later became a partner. He retired in 1999 after 34 years with the company. He was a charter and lifetime member of the Huguenot Volunteer Fire Department and also served with the Virginia National Guard. The family will receive friends Friday from 5 to 7 pm in the Bennett & Barden Funeral Home, 3215 Anderson Hwy. (Rt. 60) Powhatan and where services will be held Saturday at 3 pm. He was 76. Robsky was the subject of a Florida Magazine article on Oct. 21. Robsky was one of the officers assigned to bring in Chicago gangster Al Capone in 1930. Previously a prohibition agent in South Carolina, Robsky was described by Ness as "a good man to have around wnen more than ordinary courage was needed." Later, Robsky would say, "Working with Ness was kidstuff compared to running down those moonshiners in South Carolina. I got shot at more in the mountains than I did in the streets of Chicago." Born in Galesburg, Ill., Robsky had lived in Miami since 1951 when he retired from 25 years of government service. He served as a private investigator for several years and wrote a book, "Last of the Untouchables." He died Thursday from cancer. Funeral services were held in Richmond, Va. on November 5, 1973.³

     Archibald Cecil Frame Jr. was born on July 7, 1931 at Chesterfield Co., Virginia.⁴ He married Etta Josephine Perkins on December 13, 1958 at Dundas, Lunenburg Co., Virginia.³ Archibald Cecil Frame Jr. died on May 15, 2014 at Midlothian, Chesterfield Co., Virginia, at age 82.^2,5 He FRAME, Archibald C. "A.C." Jr., 82, of Midlothian, went to be with the Lord May 15, 2014, with his family and friends by his side. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Josephine "Jo" Frame; daughter, Peggy Frame of Indiana; son, Paul Frame (Sandra) of Midlothian; grandchildren, Zachary, Jacob and Emily; sister, Dean Tinsley of Amherst; many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his sister, Edith Poates. He was a past master and member for 42 years of Midlothian Masonic Lodge 211 and a charter member of Black Heath Daylight Lodge 1982. The family will receive friends Monday, one hour prior to the 11 a.m. memorial service at Red Lane Baptist Church, Powhatan. Interment private. on May 18, 2014.⁵

Prior to retirement, he was employed by Unisys Corporation in Washington, D.C. and C&O Railroad in Cleveland, Ohio. He was president of the Grand Strand Saltwater Anglers Fisherman Association. Mr. Sheffield was an avid fisherman and boater. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, and grandfather. Surviving are his wife, Annamarie Sheffield of Myrtle Beach, S.C; one son, Nelson Davis Sheffield of Woodbridge, Va; one daughter, Valerie Anne Bisset of Egg Harbor, N.J; three grandchildren, Christopher Nelson Sheffield, Andrew Davis Sheffield and Callie Leigh Bisset; one brother, Robert Nelson Sheffield of Midlothian, Va; one sister, Patricia Faye Wright of Copperas Cove, Texas. Many step-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends have also shared in Annette’s loving life. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 53 years, Annette P. Critelli; son, Reid Critelli; daughter, Faleen Moneymaker; son-in-law, Clarence "Bud" Moneymaker; and sister, Louise Swarr. He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Bliss and Dale Scott; three grandchildren, Lynette Gaspar (Andrew), Elizabeth Scott and Nathan Moneymaker; two great-grandsons, Paxton and Rowan; and sister, Ann Marie Dumm (Eric). Tom was devoted to his family, he worked hard every day to help Annette make their plot of land a loving home and farm.
