He moved to Orlando when he was ten in 1951 and has resided here since, he is a true Floridian. In 1959 he graduated from Bishop Moore High School, followed by two years at St. Leo Seminary College. It was in 1961when he joined the armed forces and he started his three-year term in the Air Force. Arthur was a lifetime member of the Home Builders Association of Central Florida and loved his HBA family. He also earned a "Green Jacket" for bringing in many members. Art was a member of the Scottish Rite as a 32nd degree Mason, Knights of Columbus and Bahia Shriner’s. Arthur loved fishing and he was always talking and dreaming about catching that "Big" Bass. Art was loved by his family and friends and was the type of guy that never met a stranger. Arthur was preceded in death by his soulmate, Rose Demetree in October 2008. Married in 1985 they celebrated 23 years of life together filled with love and laughter. He is survived by four children; Scott Demetree (Dana), Clearwater, Russell Demetree (Cheryl), San Antonio, TX, Betsy Barnwell (Chip), Kansas City, MO and Leanne Demetree Brunton (Michael), Orlando, FL. Arthur was proud to be called Pepaw by 9 grandchildren, Alex, Jacob, Jenna, Matthew, Andrew, Billy, Jillian, Will and Westin. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluewell where family and friends will serve as pallbearers. Military graveside honors will be performed by the Big Sandy District American Legion Post #175 and the Mercer County Veterans Council. on August 14, 2001.5

Wanda was preceded in death by her cherished husband, Bill, with whom she shared 50 wonderful years of love and companionship. She was the loving mother of Samantha (Danny) DeLoera, and the dear daughter of the late Bob and Jettie Nicewander. Wanda is survived by her siblings, Cindi (Dave) Gaughan, Danny (Diana) Nicewander, and brother-in-law, Tim (Gayle) Nicewonder, as well as being the sister to Bobby and Mike, who both preceded her in death. She was a beloved cousin and aunt to many nieces and nephews. Born in Bluefield, West Virginia, Wanda moved to Chicago at the age of two. She graduated from St. Michael's High School and dedicated 30 years of her life to providing childcare, touching the lives of countless families within her community. Wanda loved to listen to the Motown classics, Celine Dion, and Rod Stewart. She also played a mean air drum solo to Phil Collins 'In the Air Tonight'. She enjoyed spending her time in her backyard, gardening and loved to serve and bake for her church. Wanda's warm smile, gentle nature, and love for others made her a special friend to all who knew her. Wanda's memory will live on in the hearts of those she touched, and she will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her.
