Shirley enjoyed fishing, baking, golfing, bowling, playing pool, sewing and going to casinos. Surviving are sons, Clyde (Candy) Elmore of Hazel Park, Bill (Marie) Elmore of Newport, step-sons, David (Martha) Guilford of MO and Tim Guilford of WA, daughters, Nancy (Steve) Collins of Detroit, Mary (Ray) Bogdanski of Newport, Rhonda (Bob) Brna of Riverview, Roxanne (Dan) Raymond of Monroe, step-daughter, Carole Fernandez of AZ, brothers, Dan Caldwell of OH, Elmer Caldwell and Bill Caldwell of NH, sisters, Helen Richardson and Mary Sue Minor, both of WV. Fifteen grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, son, Joseph Elmore, brothers, Bob, Jesse and John Albert Caldwell, sisters, Ethel Fuller and Maude (Jean) Mengaris. on October 25, 2007.³
