She was employed at Farmers Insurance for many years. Joanne was a loving woman and taking care of her family was her greatest joy. Webster, Jr; a granddaughter, Lanie Elkins; two sisters, Jamie (Al) Crumpton, Donna Rubar; a brother, Logan Dean, III; her aunt, Cookie Beilman; step-mother, Shirlee Dean; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Trina M. Seidelman; her mother, Jane (Hansen) Dean; her father, Logan Dean, Jr; a brother, Darryl Dean, and her uncle, Andrew Beilman. Seidelman Jr. and Jim Krause; great aunts and uncles, Cookie Beilman, Jim Hansen, Bill Hansen, Marcia Duvick and her niece Lanie Elkins and several cousins. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother Shirley Seidelman; maternal grandfather Logan Dean Sr; her grandfather Borg Christensen; one uncle Darryl Dean; her great uncle Andrew Beilman and great aunt Donna Hansen. Interment in St. Joseph Cemetery. on March 8, 2015.²

She is survived by her loving children, Sarrah (Danny), Abigail and James; Kevin the father of her children; her father, Ray Stewart; her mother, Vilda Collier and many cousins. She was preceded in death by her brother, James Andrew Stewart; her grandparents and many aunts and uncles. Her main goal in life was to raise her children. She previously lived in Cleveland, Ohio, until 1971, and in West Virginia until 1994. Helen married Frank Leptinsky in April 1958 in Cleveland. He preceded her in death on April 10, 1971. Her family was very important to her, and she was a caregiver for them. She was a member of the VFW Auxillary in Littleton, W.Va. Survivors include a son, Frank Leptinsky and wife Johnnie of Duncan; a daughter, Nancy Buttler of Florida; three grandchildren, Pete Calhoun, Frank Leptinsky and Brooke Wortham, all of Duncan. She was also preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, Jack Stoops, Raymond Stoops and Mike Stoops; four sisters, Jule Stoops, Nell Stoops, Bess Stoops and Gerald Dean Stoops. on January 7, 2008.²
