He was born April 6, 1954, in Greenville, Ohio, to his parents Eugene D. and Idamae (Flory) Kelley. He will be missed and remembered by his wife, Irene (Jarboe) Kelley of Modesto, California; daughters and son-in-law, Beth and David Cover, Mary Kelley, Sharon Kelley all of Modesto, California; grandchildren, Aaron, John, Sarah, Stephen Cover; sisters and brothers-in-law Myrna and Ferrell Nachatelo of Mauston, Wisconsin, Beth and Tim Witmer of Goshen, Indiana, Ann and Kurt Wolf of Arcanum. Interment following in Gettysburg Cemetery. on September 26, 2014.²
