     Michael Scott Harvey Jr. Michael Scott Harvey, Jr., Nov 5, 1984 - Jun 20, 2023. Michael “Scott” Harvey Jr., of Floyd Va. passed away on June 20, 2023 at the age of 39. Scott worked at Bishop’s Automotive and Bishop’s Marine Upholstery for over fifteen years. He was passionate about his work, as well as his rare talent. Scott loved his family most of all, he never met a stranger and impacted so many in such a positive way. He will forever be remembered for his kindness and generosity. Scott was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Frank and Ruby Lester. Left to cherish his memory are his wife of fifteen years Rachel Harvey, children Ainsleigh and Mason Harvey, mother Angela Barlow. His father Michael Scott Harvey Sr. and step-mother Elleen Harvey. Paternal grandparents Faye Woods and Garland Harvey. Brothers, Mack Harvey (wife Jordan Hall) and Ace Harvey, uncle Terry Harvey, aunt Kay Harvey, nephews Beau Clement and Thaddeus Harvey. As well as many friends he considered his chosen family. The family would like special thanks be given to Medi-home hospice, Dr. Sheela of Blue Ridge Cancer Care.¹ He was born on November 5, 1984 at Montgomery Co., Virginia.^1,2 He married Rachel Unknown circa 2008.¹ Michael Scott Harvey Jr. died on June 20, 2023 at Virginia at age 38.¹
