     Richard Alvan Jacobs Jr. Richard Alvan Jacobs Jr., 51, of Vinton, Virginia, was called home to be with our Lord and Savior on Wednesday, May 18th, 2022. He was born in Roanoke, Virginia on December 11th, 1970, and was an arborist and the proud owner/operator of Jacobs Tree Worx. Richard was blessed with a large, loving family. He married his best friend and the love of his life, Angela Jacobs. With patience, discipline, and humility, he raised three lovely daughters. He instilled in them the importance of hard work and pursuing their aspirations. Richard was a simple man who adored his wife, children, and family beyond words. He was kind and had an infectious laugh and he wanted to be the best father, son, husband, brother, and friend he could be and to live and love without regrets. Richard will be dearly missed by his family and friends. Richard is survived by his wife of 23 years, Angela Jacobs; his loving mother, Emma Jacobs; father, Richard (Jake) Jacobs Sr; sisters, Teresa Bornstein (Howard) and Jennifer Jacobs (Selina); daughters, Ashley Tabor, Allysa Barnett, Cara Jacobs, and Brittney Dickerson (Thomas); four grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; and other family and friends.3 He was born on December 11, 1970 at Roanoke, Virginia.2,3 He married Angela Diane Mabry, daughter of William Gary Mabry and Dreama Diane Bain, on April 24, 2000 at Roanoke, Virginia.1 Richard Alvan Jacobs Jr. died on May 18, 2022 at Virginia at age 51.3
