     Shirley Faye Dove was buried at Mountain Grove Church of the Brethren Cemetery, 12769 Third Hill Road, Fulks Run, Rockingham Co., Virginia.^5,2 She was born on March 5, 1938 at Rockingham Co., Virginia.^1,2,4 As of July 30, 1976,her married name was Hamblin.¹ She married John James Hamblin Jr., son of John James Hamblin Sr. and Flora Angeline Maxey, on July 30, 1976 at Harrisonburg, Rockingham Co., Virginia.^1,2 Shirley Faye Dove died on November 4, 1985 at Timberville, Rockingham Co., Virginia, at age 47.⁵ She The funeral for Shirley Faye Hamblin, 47, of Timberville will be held aFriday at Mountain Grove Church of the Brethren in Fulks Run. Burial will be in the Mountain Grove Cemetery. Mrs. Hamblin apparently drowned Monday evening as she tried to drive her car across a flooded roadway on her way to an evacuation center in Broadway. She was born March 5, 1938, in Rockingham County and was a daughter of Ivy Blanche Roadcap Dove of Life and Care Center in New Market and the late Homer V. Dove. Mrs. Hamblin was a production worker for Rocco Inc., and a member of the Church of the Nazarene in Timberville. On July 29, 1975 (actually 1976), she married John J. Hamblin Jr., who survives. Also surviving are three sons, Michael V. and Marcus H. Dove, both of Miami, and Stephen R. Shifflett, of Anson, Texas, a brother. Alden Dove, of Timberville, and three sisters, Goldie Spitzer, and Dorothy Kinkead, both of Harrisonburg, and Nona Fulk, of Fulks Run. on November 7, 1985.²

     Ronnie Ray Johnson Ronnie Ray Johnson, age 86 of Tazewell, VA went to be with his Heavenly Father Sunday, February 16, 2025 at Heritage Hall in Tazewell, VA. Born September 7, 1938, he was the son of the late James Jeffery Johnson and Olla Irene Blevins Johnson. Ronnie was of the Christian faith and he attended Calvary Baptist Chapel. He loved antiquing, auctions and yard sales. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one son, Zane Ray Johnson and one daughter, Kathy Malamisura. Left to cherish his memory are his sons, Jeffrey Johnson and companion Pamela Slater of North Tazewell, VA, Eric Johnson of Princeton, WV and Matt Johnson of Florida; sisters, Shirley Ann Perry and Dorothy Mae Johnson. Ronnie's best friend of 56 years, Roger Reese of Huntsville, AL, also survives.³ He and Shirley Mae Wickham were divorced.⁴ Ronnie Ray Johnson was born on September 7, 1938 at Worth, McDowell Co., West Virginia.^5,2,3 He married Shirley Mae Wickham, daughter of Samuel Kinzie Wickham and Vida Mae Underwood, on December 27, 1957 at Sparta, Alleghany Co., North Carolina.¹ Ronnie Ray Johnson died on February 16, 2025 at Tazewell, Tazewell Co., Virginia, at age 86.³

     Kathy Lynn Johnson was buried at Dorchester Memory Gardens, 11000 Dorchester Road, Summerville, Dorchester Co., South Carolina.^5,7 She Kathy Lynn Malamisura, 61, of Goose Creek, wife of Mark Anthony Malamisura, passed away on Thursday, April 18, 2019 at her residence. Burial will follow at Dorchester Memory Gardens, 11000 Dorchester Rd., Summerville, SC. Kathy was born on February 22, 1958 in Tazewell, Virginia, daughter of Shirley Wickham Corson of Bishop, VA. She was a member of Bacons Bridge Free Worship Center. She enjoyed church activities but most of all she enjoyed her family. Survivors in addition to her husband Mark are: six children: Wesley Alan (Deena) of Summerville, Catrina Aston (Edward “Tommy”) of Summerville, Kristina Leigh of Bluefield, VA, Joshua Ryan (Cassidy) of Summerville, Bethany Faith (Logan) of Goose Creek, and Haley Rose (Tommy) of York; seven grandchildren: Hannah Grace, Caroline Rachel, Lillian Faith, Anna Elizabeth, Kathryn Rose, Noah Asher, and Aiden Joshua; one brother: William “Bill” Billups of Deltona, FL; one sister: Carol Ann Cowans of Vero Beach, FL; one nephew: Logan Garrett Billups of Deltona, FL.⁵ She was born on February 22, 1958 at Tazwell, Tazewell Co., Virginia.^1,2,7,5 As of June 25, 1977,her married name was Boothe.¹ She married Jerry Wayne Boothe on June 25, 1977 at Tazewell Co., Virginia.¹ As of August 8, 1986,her married name was Malamisura.³ Kathy Lynn Johnson married Mark Anthony Malamisura on August 8, 1986 at Orange Co., Florida.^3,7 Kathy Lynn Johnson died on April 18, 2019 at Goose Creek, Berkeley Co., South Carolina, at age 61.^5,7

     Jerry Wayne Boothe Jerry Wayne Boothe, Apr 27, 1956 - Mar 26, 2023. Jerry Wayne Boothe, age 66 of Bulls Gap, TN passed away peacefully at home on March 26, 2023. He was of the Pentecostal faith, and a very avid hunter and fisherman. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He is survived by his loving wife of 41 years, Sharron Boothe, daughter, Misty (Alvin) Smith, sister, Debbie Boothe of Tazewell VA., grandsons, Elijah and Aiden Smith, and special friend, Butch Gilbert.³ He was born on April 27, 1956 at Virginia.^1,2,3 He married Kathy Lynn Johnson, daughter of Ronnie Ray Johnson and Shirley Mae Wickham, on June 25, 1977 at Tazewell Co., Virginia.¹ Jerry Wayne Boothe died on March 23, 2023 at Bulls Gap, Hawkins Co., Tennessee, at age 66.³
