Survivors include his parents, Kathi (Pruett) and Kris Smith of South Bend; two sisters, Jeni Smith at home, and Stephanie Carver of Indianapolis; and two brothers, Stephen and Jamie, both at home. Burial in Riverview Cemetery. on September 15, 1999.4
