Brent spent the majority of his life in Ohio, moving to Charlotte six years ago. His adventures in food, wine and business fed his passion for teaching and mentoring others. His interests included racquetball, growing orchids and expanding his culinary horizons. Brent is survived by his wife, Sharon L. Evans, son Barrett Evans and son-in-law Kevin DiNarda; sisters Julie Evans and Andrea Muenker (Bob); nephew Kyle Muenker; nieces Olivia Richman, Andrea Reece, and Dana Reece; uncle William L.C. Evans (Peter Pendergast); father Paul McRoberts (Mary Jeanne); and half-sister Tracy Begalke.      Timothy Lewis "Timmi" Beamer Timothy Lewis Beamer, 63, transitioned from this earthly life Tuesday, May 20, 2025, in Bassett, Virginia. He was born January 22, 1962, to Janet Bales Goad and the late Allan Lewis Beamer in Waynesboro, Virginia. He attended Fieldale High School in Collinsville, Virginia, and later went on to work as a trailer setter. Although gone from this life too soon, he will always be remembered by those who knew and loved him. Timothy is survived by his daughter, Shawna Dawn Beamer; sons, Joseph Wayne Beamer, Joseph Harley Swisher; sister, Tami Marie Vann (Bill); stepfather, Clyde “Barefoot” Goad; and grandchild, Trinity Shae Wingfield. Burial will be at Henry Memorial Park in Bassett.³
