Dale leaves to cherish his memory, his loving and devoted wife of 20 years, Debbie Taylor Flint; three daughters, Lisa Ann Koonce and husband, Mike, of Williamson, Ga., Laura Ann Taylor and husband, Robert, of Oxford, Ala., Cindy Dawn Andrews, of Roanoke; loving grandchildren, Amy Lloyd, Anthony Taylor, Lucas Langley, Alexander Ripley, and Chris Koonce; a great-grandson, Evan Koonce; brothers, Danny Flint and wife, Mary Jane, Ronnie Flint and wife, Judy, all of Roanoke; many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Interment will follow at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. on June 15, 2008.³

She graduated in 1968 from Jefferson High School. Wanda was a lifetime member of Roanoke Valley Cathedral of Praise, formerly known as the Williamson Road Church of God. She was preceded in death by her parents, James Russell Draper and Frances Snider Draper. Surviving is her husband of almost 47 years, Mike Manning; her two children, Michele Manning and Michael Manning Jr; three grandchildren, Chandler Bates, Gavin Manning and Jayden Manning; two sisters, Carolyn Draper Eddins and her husband, Bill, and Sharon Draper; and many other family and friends. Burial will follow in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. on June 24, 2015.³
