Hensley, whom she married March 18, 1995, in Jellico, Tenn; two daughters, Anna Michelle Vaughn of Richmond and Roni Lyn Vaughn of Liberty; two stepdaughters, Tracy Nichole Hensley of Gulf Port, La., and Lori Ann Hensley, stationed in Fort Bragg, S.C; three sisters, Carolyn Shook Garvin of Centerville (her twin), Donna Jean Culbertson of Fort Wayne and Linda Shepard of Centerville; one stepsister, Cheryl Moore of Richmond; one stepbrother, Chris Hardin of Richmond; her father and stepmother, Gene and Donna Jean Shook of Centerville; her grandmother, Pauline Parker; and one granddaughter.
