     Dorothy Monzellia Huffman Dorothy Monzellia Fitzwater, loving wife, mother and grandmother, 83 years old went to be with her Lord Jesus and her husband Chester Fitzwater November 9, 2009. She was a member of Grace Chapel on Dry Hill Road, where she served her Lord faithfully and helped coordinate church functions, and was church custodian. Dorothy was an excellent cook and worked for Woodrow Wilson High School bandwagon for many years. She served as commissioner during election times. She enjoyed RV camping with her husband, and coordinating family reunions. She was born December 30, 1925 to the parents of Joe Sam and Sally Rebecca Huffman. Survivors include her husband, Wilbert Ray Fitzwater; two daughters, Julia Ann (Judy) Daniels and Cynthia Jo (Cindy) Fitzwater, both of Oak Hill; a son-in-law, Ira Daniels of Oak Hill; a grandson, Anthony (Tony) Daniels of Oak Hill; four sisters, Josephine Doyle of San Francisco, Calif., Mary Henderson of Oak Hill, Katherine Jones of Berea, Ohio, and Rosa Capps of Ravenswood; three brothers, John Aiello of Smithers, Roy (Mule) Aiello of Fort Worth, Tex., and Frank Cosentino of Jenson Beach. Fitzwater died on June 27, 2010 at Beckley, Raleigh Co., West Virginia, at age 75.^1,7,2 He FAYETTEVILLE — Oscar Thurman "O.T." Fitzwater, 75, passed away Sunday, June 27, 2010, at Beckley Appalachian Regional Hospital, following an extended illness. Born on January 18, 1935, in Herndon, he was the son of the late James W. and Goldie McKinney Fitzwater. Mr. Fitzwater was a 43-year member of Fayetteville First Church of God. He was a retired coal miner and a member of UMWA. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Virginia Rose Dent Fitzwater, on October 27, 2009; two brothers, Jonnie and Ray Fitzwater. Survivors include his children, William Ray "Bill" Fitzwater and wife, Dorinda Joyce, of Oak Hill, Debra Kaye Frye and husband, Raymond Lewis, of Fayetteville, and John Franklin Fitzwater and wife, Lori Lynn, of Oak Hill; grandchildren, William Ray Fitzwater Jr. and wife, Stacey, Christopher Michael Fitzwater and wife, Christina, Jessica Elaine Fitzwater, Amber Dawn Frye, Ashley Michele Fitzwater, Britney Nocole Fitzwater, and Cassidy Dawn Fitzwater; great-grandchildren, Madison Rayne Fitzwater and Dakota Lee Fitzwater; and a host of other family and friends. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, July 1, 2010, at Dodd-Payne-Hess Funeral Home Chapel, Fayetteville, with Pastor Russell Hayes and Layman Michael Parsons officiating. Burial will follow at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens, Beckley. The family will receive friends one hour before the funeral on Thursday. on June 29, 2010.¹
