     Gary Dean Vest was buried at Moss Ridge Cemetery, Carthage, Hancock Co., Illinois.³ He was born on September 27, 1937 at Macomb, McDonough Co., Illinois.^1,4,3 He married Carol Jean Galloway on May 19, 1961.^1,3 Gary Dean Vest died on January 18, 2011 at Quincy, Adams Co., Illinois, at age 73.^4,3 He Gary D. Vest, 73, of Lima, passed away at 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, Jan.18, 2011, at Blessing Hospital in Quincy. Gary was born Sept. 27, 1937, in Macomb, the son of Aubra L. and Esther (Fleming) Vest. He attended Augusta High School graduating in 1955. He was a graduate of Gem City Business College and also several schools on banking. On May 19, 1961, he was united in marriage to Carol Galloway at Trinity Lutheran Church in Carthage. Gary served in the U.S. Army receiving his honorable discharge on Feb. 28, 1966. Gary started his banking career at First National Bank in Carthage in April of 1961. He later was president and a 40-year employee of the State Bank of Lima, retiring in 2007. He also was a member of the Board of Directors. Gary also served as president of the Lima-Tioga Fire Protection District Board and was instrumental in the construction of the new firehouse in Lima. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Carthage. He enjoyed woodworking, mechanics and big engines. Gary's greatest joy was his family. Gary is survived by his wife, Carol Vest of Lima; two daughters, Sarah (Gary) Donley, of Mendon, and Suzy (Gary) Holloway, of Petersburg; five grandchildren, Jill, Thomas, and Adam Donley and Grant and Olivia Holloway; a sister, Evalie (Norman) Hare, of Hannibal; a sister-in-law, Janice Carson, of Massillon, Ohio; and a brother-in-law, Dale (Edith) Galloway, of Carthage; two nephews, David Carson, of Hamilton, Ohio, and Scott Hare, of St. Louis, Mo; four nieces, Diana Hare, of Springfield, Julie (Don) Woods of Medina, Ohio, Malyssa Galloway, of DeKalb; and Jacqueline Galloway, of Macomb; and many cousins including Brian (Lynn) Fleming, of Quincy, and great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; in-laws Cleo and Grace Galloway; and a brother-in-law, Ephriam Carson. Funeral services were held Saturday, Jan. 22, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Carthage with burial in Moss Ridge Cemetery in Carthage with military rites. Visitation was held Friday, Jan. 21, at Printy Funeral Home in Carthage. Memorials may be directed to the Trinity Lutheran Church Endowment Fund. Printy Funeral Home in Carthage was in charge of arrangements. on January 27, 2011.³

     Lacy Rena Eanes was buried at Wilson Cemetery, Daniel's Run Road (Rt. 661), Locust Grove, Floyd Co., Virginia.² She died on May 31, 1980 at Virginia.^1,2 She was born on May 31, 1980 at Virginia.^1,2

     Hope Michelle Vest was born on December 30, 1976 at Montgomery Co., Virginia.^1,2,3 She died on December 24, 2005 at Myrtle Beach, Horry Co., South Carolina, at age 28.² She Hope Michelle Vest, 28, of Myrtle Beach, S.C., and formerly of Pilot, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, December 24, 2005. She was born December 30, 1976. Her family includes her father and mother, Sammy and Carolyn Vest, Myrtle Beach, S.C; her brother and his wife, Michael and Brenda Vest, Floyd, Va; her grandparents, Dolly Vest and the late Otha Dean Vest, Pilot, Va., and L.C. and the late Ethelene Vest, Floyd, Va; and a late stepgrandmother, Gladys Vest; her aunts and uncles, Clinton and Diann Conner, Danny and Cindy Vest, Dave and Cindy Robertson, and Tim Vest; her stepaunt and uncles, Ray and Linda Turpin and Donnie Cromer; niece, Megan Weeks; nephew, Morgan Abe. Lots of cousins and extended family members. Two favorite pets, Millie and Tiger also survive. Hope was raised in Virginia, and moved to Myrtle Beach with her parents ten years ago. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. on December 27, 2005.⁵

     Allan Jay Jennelle Allan Jay Jennelle, 64, of Pembroke, departed this life Monday, July 27, 2020, in Richmond, Virginia. Born on October 4, 1955, in Baltimore, Md., he was the son of Elizabeth Williams Johnson and the late Harold Jennelle. Allan was retired from Volvo. He was preceded is death by his father, and brother, Mike Jennelle. Left to cherish his memory are his mother, Elizabeth Williams Johnston of Blacksburg; his wife, Gail Croy Jennelle; sons, Jay Jennelle, of Christiansburg, Lucas Jennelle and wife, Lisa, of Crozet, Va., and Shawn Falls and wife, Erica, of Houston, Ohio; daughters, Heather Jennelle of Christiansburg, Taylor Jennelle of Blacksburg, Va., and Brandy Hutchison and her husband, Roy, of Radford, Va; a brother, Robin Jennelle of Pearisburg; sisters, Theresa Jennelle of Tennessee, and Elaine Kirk and Mark Coleman of Dublin, Va; grandchildren, Georgia Jennelle, Felix Jennelle, Cory Falls, Caitlyn Martin, Lily Falls, Hailey Hutchison, and Jordyn Hutchison; and a great-granddaughter, Aruna Martin. A graveside service will be held at Birchlawn Burial Park in Pearisburg.³ He was buried at Birchlawn Burial Park, Pearisburg, Giles Co., Virginia.^3,4 He was born on October 4, 1955 at Baltimore, Maryland.^2,3 He married Cynthia Marie Vest, daughter of Otha Dean Vest and Dolly Dimple Linkous, on September 29, 1990 at Floyd Co., Virginia.^1,2 Allan Jay Jennelle and Cynthia Marie Vest were divorced on May 12, 1999 at Montgomery Co., Virginia.⁵ Allan Jay Jennelle died on July 27, 2020 at Richmond, Virginia, at age 64.³
