Together they raised 2 children: Jon Michael and Amanda Dawn Thompson. Carolyn is survived by Brothers: John R. Palmer, Ron Palmer, David Nash. Sisters: Karen Asinas, Traci Plowman. He owned and operated the old Bowles dairy here for many years until his retirement about 13 years ago because of ill health. Until his latest illness Mr. Bowles operated a coal business on New Jersey avenue. He was a member of the Mount Vernon M. E. Church. on January 24, 1939.6
