Carolyn is further survived by two grandsons, two great-granddaughters, five great-grandsons, eight step children, and 11 step-grandchildren. Additionally, she is survived by her aunt, Sandy Hewitt and a nephew Steve. Inturnment will be private at Whispering Pines Cremation Garden. on November 18, 2018.3

He also leaves many grandchildren, two step-grandsons and several great-grandchildren. on August 2, 2017.3

She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Hileman in 1999; a son, Dale Hileman; and her parents, Marlin and Mary M. Pierce Walters. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Spring Church. on December 24, 2003.7

Mr. Whitton was born June 3, 1867 in Newmansville in Clarion County and had lived in Barnes for the past 75 years. He had been employed as a teamster. He is survived by a son, Wayne Whitton of Barnes, and a daughter, Mrs. James (Edith) Flynn, Tionesta; a brother, Ezra Whitton of California; also, eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. His wife, Alice Walters Whitton. died 25 years ago, Oct. 14, 1937. Burial will follow in Barnes Cemetery. on October 15, 1962.2

She was a graduate of Sheffield High School and Edinboro State Teachers College. She began her teaching career in Wig Hill, Forest County, in a one-room schoolhouse. She later taught in Endeavor, Kelletville and the Tionesta Elementary School, until her retirement. She was a home visitor for the Forest County Public Assistance Office. Mrs. Flynn was a member of the Tionesta United Methodist Church. She was the past worthy matron of the Sylvania Chapter 102, Order of the Eastern Star in Tionesta. She belonged to many local organizations including the Retired Teachers Association. She is survived by a daughter, Shirley Kunselman of Tionesta; two step-daughters, Joan Johnston of Tionesta and Madolyn Jamieson of Clearwater, Fla; five grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Flynn was preceded in death by her first husband, Earl Dale Kunselman in 1942; her second husband, James Edgar Flynn in 1973; a brother, Wayne Whitton in 1988; and Ruby Whitton in 1926. Interment will be in Mount Collins Cemetery, Tionesta. on March 27, 1992.4 She died on March 8, 1993 at Oil City, Venango Co., Pennsylvania, at age 90.4
