Georgia Murch CHESAPEAKE – Georgia Murch (Ryder) Collins, 88, a former longtime resident of Deerfield Crescent passed away on Thursday, April 20, 2017. She was born on June 21, 1928 in Maine to the late Harland and Carrie Murch; and was a former member of Holy Communion Lutheran Church in Portsmouth, VA. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Millard S. Collins. She is survived by her two daughters, Sally J. King and her husband John of Moyock, NC and Shari D. (Ryder) Reidnour and her husband Larry of Newport News, VA; and three grandchildren, Andrea Henry, Melissa King and Ryan Barker. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.2 She was buried at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, 3920 Airline Boulevard, Chesapeake, Virginia.2 She was born on June 21, 1928 at Maine.2 As of November 7, 2003,her married name was Collins.1 She married Millard Samuel Collins, son of Asa William "Ace" Collins and Annie Adaline King, on November 7, 2003 at Portsmouth, Virginia.1,2 Georgia Murch died on April 20, 2017 at Chesapeake, Virginia, at age 88.2
