     Evelynn Ann James was buried at Eastlawn Cemetery, 2244 E. Pythian Street, Springfield, Greene Co., Missouri.^1,3 She Evelynn Ann Graves, 81 of Springfield, was born on March 12, 1934 to Verda (Wilson) and John James. She passed away on September 18, 2015. She lived for her family, babysat numerous children and they all called her grandma. She graduated from Bolivar Baptist College with a degree in secretarial. She loved animals, collected frogs, enjoyed gardens especially roses and pansies. "And though she be but little, she is fierce"-Shakespeare. Evelynn is preceded in death by her husband: Paul Graves; daughter: Melanie Jean Graves; parents; 2 brothers: Carrollee James and Robert "Bob" James; 2 sisters: Allene Davis and Georgene Porter; half brother: Paul James. She is survived by 3 daughters: Jo Lynn Lawrence and her husband Jim, Mary Elaine Hebert and her husband Terry and Julie Ann Nichols; son: Michael David Manis; 7 grandchildren: Gail, Roy, Troy, Michael, Chasity, Chrshonna and Benjamin; 4 great-grandchildren: Emily, Erin, Kyle and Katie; sister: Dana Mae Caffey and a host of family and friends. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 22, 2015 from 6 till 8 p.m. at Eastlawn Funeral Home, 2244 E Pythian, Springfield. Service will be on Wednesday, September 23, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. in the funeral home. Interment will be in Eastlawn Cemetery.¹ Her married name was Graves.¹ She married Paul Graves, son of Jess Monroe Graves and Bessie W.      Anna Huffman was buried at Springfield National Cemetery, 1702 East Seminole Street, Springfield, Greene Co., Missouri.^2,1 Her married name was Graves.³ She married Jess Monroe Graves Jr., son of Jess Monroe Graves and Bessie W. Salkil.^3,1 Anna Huffman was born on August 19, 1926.^1,4,2 She died on January 12, 2013 at Springfield, Greene Co., Missouri, at age 86.^2,4,1 She Anna Graves, 86 of Springfield was born August 19, 1926 and passed away on Saturday, January 12, 2013. Anna made her career as an LPN. She attended Golden Ave. Baptist Church. Anna enjoyed playing cards, square dancing, listening to music and spending time with family. Anna was preceded in death by her husband Jess Graves, Jr; parents Bill and Ethel Huffman; brothers Carl and Bill and her sister Alice. She is survived by her daughters Linda Hobbs and Kathy Flick; Son Tom Graves; grandchildren Joe Hobbs, Trampas Hobbs, Sherry Doyle, Brad Reeve, Harley Graves and Jamie Graves and 10 great grandchildren. Burial was at the National Cemetery in Springfield. on January 16, 2013.¹
