Survivors include her daughter, Karen Freeman of Independence; three grandchildren; and a great-grandson. Burial followed at Felts Cemetery. on December 8, 2021.²

     Larry Franklin Robertson Larry Franklin Robertson age 74 of Rocky Mount passed away on Saturday, May 5, 2018 at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital. Larry was born on August 23, 1943 a son of the late Carlton Glen Robertson and Lillie Franklin Compton and was also preceded in death by his brother, Carliss Robertson; sisters, Doris Minnix and Josephine Willard. Larry will always be remembered for his professional working skills and his “hobby” of musical abilities but to sum it up, He was a Brick Mason by trade, and a Musician by Heart! He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Audrey M.
