Funeral services will be at Oakey's Vinton Chapel 11:00 a.m. Thursday with the Rev. R.L. Painter officiating. Interment will be in the Vest Cemetery in Floyd County. The family will receive friends from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Wednesday at Oakey's Vinton Chapel. on November 7, 1990.4
