He was a member of Ansted Baptist Church. He would have been a senior at Midland Trail High School this fall where he was a member of the basketball and baseball teams. Surviving: parents, William Ira Jr. and Nancy Sedlinger Crist of Ansted; sister, Vicki Broadway of Selmer, Tenn; brother, Joe, at home; paternal grandmother, Mrs. Alice Crist of Ansted, maternal grandmother Mrs. Merl Selinger of Edmonton. Service will be 2 p.m. Monday at Ansted Baptist Church with the Rev. Robert Keaton officiating. Burial will be in Restlawn Memory Gardens, Victor. on July 3, 1988.¹

     William Lipford was born circa February, 1850 at Virginia.¹
