He had lived in Bluefield for the past two years, was a carpenter, coal miner, and a graduate of Montcalm High School. He will be sadly missed and loved by all that knew him. He lived life to the fullest. Survivors, in addition to his parents, include his brother, Richard Sigmon and wife, Julie of Sandlick; sisters, Susan Windle and Tammy Jones both of Bluewell; and host of nieces and nephews who will miss him. Graveside service will be held at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Princeton. Pallbearers will be Richard Sigmon II, Justin Neel, Ian Bailey, Steven Webb, Mark Neel, and Joe Thomason. on June 9, 2005.5

Born in Calloway, Va., she was a daughter of the late Dennis Ray and Pearlie May Martin Sigmon. She was of the Baptist faith and was preceded in death by her husband, George Woody Sigmon, in 1974.      Carnes Minor Webb Jr. was born on January 15, 1958 at West Virginia.1 He married Tamera Lynn "Tammy" Sigmon, daughter of James Willard Sigmon and Maxine Birdie Lee Hurst, on June 14, 1977 at Pearisburg, Giles Co., Virginia.1 Carnes Minor Webb Jr. died on February 4, 2023 at Tennessee at age 65.3 He Carnes ‘Jr’ Webb, 65, of Hermitage, TN sadly passed away on February 4, 2023 after a short battle with cancer. Jr attended Montcalm High School in West Virginia, he went on to work at Acken Signs then on to be an independent contractor in the Nashville, TN area. Jr was an enthusiastic outdoorsman for racing, riding ATVs, camping and boating. He was a beloved and integral part of the projects he has worked on with his friends and family alike and will bemissed every-day. He will be remembered each time we are somewhere where his skills and love of his art remain evident in all that he did. His friendship and camaraderie leave a lasting memory with all of us that had the honor to work beside him, call him a friend and family amember. Jr is survived by his loving wife of 24 years, Barbara as well as his four children Steven Webb (Shannon), Candeis Benfield (Craig), Elijah Torres, Matthew Torres. His eight grandchildren Shane Carter, Megan Carter, Autumn Benfield, Madison Webb, Allison Webb, Mason Benfield, Tristan Webb-Bailey, Sunny Torres; his three great-grandchildren Dominic Carter, Laila Carter, and Brayden Carter as well as many nieces, nephews and extended family; his brother Ernest (Butch) Webb and wife Tanya, sisters Deborah Neely and Sandra Shott and husband Danny. He was preceded in death by his parents Carnes and Patricia Webb of Montcalm, and sister Pamela Lambert. on February 10, 2023.3
