She was a loving and wonderful mother, mother-in-law, grandmother and great-grandmother. She lived in Camden-on-Gauley for 29 years. She was a caregiver. Her family was her life. She was preceded in death by parents, Buren and Hattie Cox; husband, James Clay Frazer; brother, Othel Cox; son-in-law, James Brown; granddaughter, Ramona Frazer Rothwell. She is survived by her children, James H. and Helen Frazer of Biloxi, Miss., Sharon Frazer Brown of Ashland, Ohio, and Joe and Beverly Frazer of Craigsville; brother, Van B. Cox of Houston, Texas; five grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Service will be noon Saturday, March 15, at Simons-Coleman Funeral Home, Richwood. Interment will follow in Fairview/Curry Cemetery, Tioga, with Pastor Ed Groves officiating. on March 14, 2014.3

He moved to Baltimore in the early 1950s and worked for the State of Maryland in the Penal System, where he rose to Director of Education. Upon retiring, he and his wife moved to Richmond, Virginia to be close to his step-daughter's family. His remains rest at Bliley's-Chippenham, 6900 Hull Street Road, where the family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, and where funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Tuesday, followed by interment in Dale Memorial Park. on May 31, 2009.2
