She was a graduate of Marion High School and had previously worked as a Security Guard and Nursing Assistant. Sandra loved to collect owls, work puzzles and was faithly read her devotions daily. She is survived by 3 sons; Terry Deeter, Fairmount, Troy (Apryl) Deeter, Nappanee, IN and Todd (Stacy) Deeter, Ligonier, IN. Brother; Michael (Marilyn) Bobo of Marion. 11 Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, a son; Tony and grandson, Kurt Deeter and great grandson Bryce Deeter. Funeral service for Sandra will be 3:00 PM Tuesday at College Park Chapel, Armes-Hunt Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 4601 S. Western Ave., Marion, Indiana with Rev. Todd Graham officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service 2-3 PM at the funeral home. "Grandma Evie" Yohn, 87, Kokomo, passed away at 9:55 p.m. Monday, March 10, 2014, at North Woods Village. She was born on Oct. 27, 1926, in Kokomo to the late Carl and Margaret (McKee) Earlywine. She married Orville Forest Yohn Jr. on Dec. 14, 1946, in Kokomo. He passed away on Oct. 8, 2004. Evelyn was a homemaker most of her life. After raising her children, she worked at Hutto Drugstore in Greentown as a server for 10 years. She volunteered as a leader for many Girl Scout troops, as well as volunteering countless hours at Kokomo Urban Outreach. Evelyn was an avid bowler and was inducted into the Bowling Hall of Fame. She was longtime member of the Kokomo Senior Center, where she enjoyed playing euchre and bingo. She was a member of both Kids over Fifty-Five Club and the Mayor's Advisory Board for senior citizens. She was also a member of Trinity United Methodist Church, where she was involved in the choir. Evelyn is survived by daughters, Pam Yohn, Kokomo, Angela (Harry) Sparks, Greentown, Patricia (Ed) Catron, Noblesville, Christine (Jeff) Newton, Kokomo, and Margaret "Margi" Bailey (Pat Bookmiller, friend), Russiaville; grandchildren, Melanie, Matthew, Amber, Kyle, Deana, Shawn, Marc, Jason, Patric, Jonathan, and Andrew; 15 great-grandchildren; brother, Robert (Louise) Earlywine, Indianapolis; sister, Joann Stang, Kokomo; two sisters-in-law, Ronda Moyers and Rhoda Mast, both of Kokomo; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Orville; son, Jeffrey Yohn; infant granddaughter, Kiilea; and sister, Betty White. The funeral service for Evelyn will be at 10 a.m. on Saturday, March 15, 2014, at Ellers Mortuary Webster Street Chapel, 3400 S. Webster St., with Pastor Jeff Newton officiating. Burial will follow at Albright Cemetery. on March 12, 2014.3

Band, was a veteran of the Army and served in Vietnam. Other survivors include five sisters, Pamela Boicourt and Mrs. Norman (Margie) Bailey, both of Kokomo, Mrs. Harry (Angela) Sparks and Mrs. Ed (Patricia) Catron, both of Greentown, and Mrs. Jeffrey (Christine) Newton of Ingalls; the paternal grandmother, Mildred Yohn of Kokomo; and the maternal grandmother, Margaret While of Kokomo. Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday in Hasler-Pickett Funeral Home, Greentown. Pastor Herman Surber will officiate. The body will be cremated, and burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery. on January 6, 1985.5
