The tot had been outdoors onlv a short time when the mother realized she had not heard his voice for a few minutes. Going outside to check on his whereabouts, she discovered the child had fallen head first into a large upended drain pipe which had filled with water during recent rains. Efforts to revive him were unavailing. In addition to the parents, the child is survived by a brother, Roger; and a sister, Brenda. on April 24, 1951.²
