Hulings died on February 3, 2018 at Butler, Butler Co., Pennsylvania, at age 66.^1,2 He Paul Hulings, 66, of Slippery Rock passed away Saturday at Butler Memorial Hospital following a short illness. Paul was born May 28, 1951, in Grove City. He was the son of the late William Garland Hulings and the late Irene Florence Ferry Hulings. Paul was a heavy equipment operator with various local companies over the past 46 years until his retirement in 2016. He was a member of Operating Engineers Local 66 since 1972. Paul is survived by his wife, Kimberly A. Hulings, whom he married Feb. 7, 1982; one daughter, Jamie Croll of Grove City; one son, Chad Hulings of Slippery Rock; and three grandchildren, Tori Hulings, Braden Croll and Logan Croll.
Also surviving are two sisters, Anna (Jim) Roher of Plain Grove and Carol Carpenter of Webster, N.Y; two brothers, Richard (Patty) Hulings and Monty (Dee) Hulings, both of Butler; and several nieces and nephews. Paul was preceded in death by two brothers, Bill and Kirk Hulings; and one sister, Penny Flowers. Burial will be at the Slippery Rock Cemetery. on February 5, 2018.¹

Mr. Hulings was a member of the Slippery Rock Jaycees, the National Rifle Association, the Thursday Evening Bowling League and the Odd Fellows, where he was Santa Claus for many years. He formerly coached youth baseball for the Slippery Rock Park and had served on the Slippery Rock Borough Council. He is survived by his wife, Gloria Sopel Hulings; two daughters, Jennifer McCarl of Butler and Melissa Hulings of Slippery Rock; two sons, Quinn and Wyatt Hulings, both of Slippery Rock, and a granddaughter. Also surviving are three sisters, Mrs. James (Anna) Roher of Plain Grove, Carol Spencer of Slippery Rock and Mrs. Tim (Penny) Flowers of Grove City; and four brothers, Paul and Richard Hulings, both of Slippery Rock, Kirk Hulings of Florida and Monte Hulings of Slippery Rock. on December 4, 2007.³

Kirk was born on Oct. 6, 1963, and was a carpenter. Surviving are his wife, Barbara Hulings; two daughters, Alysia Barrett and her husband, Scott Barrett, and Tamara Oviatt and her husband, Lee Oviatt; and one son, Kurtis Hulings. Also surviving are nine grandchildren, three brothers, three sisters and several nieces and nephews. Kirk enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren and riding his Harley. Kirk loved to vegetate in the garden. on January 13, 2013.²

Donald served in the U.S. Airforce from 1952 to 1961 as a jet mechanic, serving four years of his service time in Germany. For many years, he was employed by Falconer Metal Specialties as a die caster, retiring in 1995. He was a member of the Loyal Order of Moose Jamestown since 1969, and the American Legion of Lakewood and Falconer. He was a past member of the Falconer Rod and Gun Club. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and competition skeet shooting. He was an avid NASCAR and Bills fan. Donald is survived by his wife, Marian S. Stefanelli Holcomb of Jamestown; a son, Glenn A. Holcomb of Jamestown; and many cousins in Fairport and Erie, Pa. He was preceded in death by his mother and father.⁴ He was buried at Holy Cross Cemetery, Jamestown, Chautauqua Co., New York.⁵ He was born on November 20, 1933 at Dunkirk, Chautauqua Co., New York.^2,6,3,4,5 He married Marian S. Stefanelli was buried at Holy Cross Cemetery, Jamestown, Chautauqua Co., New York.^3,2 She was born on June 1, 1933 at Jamestown, Chautauqua Co., New York.² As of 1965,her married name was Holcomb.² She married Donald L. Holcomb, son of Wesley Lee Holcomb and Ellen Louise "Ella" Hulings, in 1965 at Jamestown, Chautauqua Co., New York.^1,2 Marian S. Stefanelli died on April 17, 2021 at Jamestown, Chautauqua Co., New York, at age 87.² She Marian S. Holcomb, 87, of Jamestown, passed away Saturday (April 17, 2021) in Heritage Park Rehab & Skilled Nursing Facility. She was born June 1, 1933, in Jamestown, the daughter of the late of Salvatore and Rose Russo Stefanelli. Marian was a graduate of Jamestown High School and in earlier years was employed with WCA Hospital for 49 years. She was a member of St. John’s Catholic Church and served on the altar rosary society. Marian loved bowling, and loved attend ing the Italian Festival every year in Jamestown. She is survived by her son, Glenn A. Holcomb of Burton, Mich; her brother, Frank Stefanelli of Jamestown; and her niece, There sa Erickson of Jamestown. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald L. Holcomb, whom she married in 1965 in Jamestown who died Sept. 7, 2008. Four sisters: Elizebeth DeNitto, Virgina Rizzo, Tillie Martinelli and Rose Mary Bova; and a brother, Anthony Stefanelli. Visitation will not be observed. A graveside service and inurnment will be Wednesday April 21, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. in Holy Cross Cemetery. Deacon Mike Lennon of St. James Catholic Church will officiate. on April 20, 2021.²
